whats your profits like now mine has gone negative ohh dear.
I have one issue. When I make the RTM.bat file and run it, it runs in non admin mode and doesn't load "MSR MOD", says the hash will be low in red. But when I go and run in admin, it crashes right away. But running the XMRig.exe in admin doesn't have any issues, but loads with all 16 threads and mines worse than running 8. Copied and pasted what you have and did what you did, just put in my wallet (sorry hahah), not sure how I can fix this. Tried resetting the PC for good measure, didn't help.
Right click xmrig goto properties, compatibility then check run as admin it will then run everything you use the bat file.

This is for xmrig (new) works on both hives and windows
i tried this with my mac studio but the hash rate not change. but i get no error message also, strange. when i look at my xmrig running i can see that xmrig not detected Level 3 cache from mac, i think here is the issue. I have 20 cores CPU and 48 cores GPU but only 5900h/s.
A better solution for dual mining CPU and GPU on the same PC in my experience is to set thread priority for the CPU task to "7" and to set the task priority of the GPU task to "5". No hashrate on the GPU lost this way and CPU at 95% hashrate. Setting priorities in Task scheduler by exporting task, editing the XML file and re-importing however have in mind that if you start your miners by using a Batch file in Task Scheduler the task priority gets assigned to the CMD.exe and not the actual miner so you have to select the miner EXE file and add the parameters in the Task Scheduler task directly. Only then the task priority works correctly.
The affinity of the cpu for xmrig is less ideal as say 8 out of 16 threads activated, it uses the last 8 threads which is 4 physical cores. The better approach is interleaved threads. I am looking into this to fork a xmrig and change this.

i notice higher hashrate with more threads but i worry what might happen if i use all of them
Haha, thanks man you see my comment on your other video about threads in Monero 🌊 & ban here is a tutorial. Very attentive man, much respect for this one. Now hopefully, I can still mine on my 3960x and keep the temps FROM NOT hitting 87° or even game at the same time.

@@RabidMining I linked you the CPU, RUclips must've sensor the link. Here is just the name of the cooler Noctua NH-U14S TR4-SP3. Once the CPU reaches full load it hit up to 87°C.

Learning about randomX and XMRig lately and wondering how we can onboard a wide network of consumer CPU nodes to help validate a network, while preservering GPU for work tasks, but allowing users to define how much of their CPU is used. I prefer a percent of total capacity than number of threads

I bought a mining CPU kit with a 32-core AMD EPYC 7551p processor... but it doesn't use HiveOS and I apparently can't get the most out of it (it's around 5 Kh/s to 9 Kh/s)? Saves if this value or I can improve these hashes... I tested it on randomx (ZEPHY) and Ghostrider (RTM).
I have a motherboard with AMD 3900 and I get 10 Kh/s to 11 Kh/s. I thought these would be better, above that value. Do you know any tricks to improve this?
The 7551 epycs lack L3 cache so can only mine on half the CPU.

Hey Rabib I have a few old Chromebooks. Have them mining some Monero right now.. yes not ideal or even should be doing. But it’s fun and electric isn’t an issue right now. Should I be mining a different coin for a setup like this or stick it out with Monero?

@@RabidMining well so I can’t do GPU. For now I just now how to use Xmrig. Linux is far different than Windows. I need to figure how to find which coin is mineable with CPU besides Monero after that which miners works with Linux.

If i start MoneroOcean with the bat file you suggested (setting up 10/12 threads), it will mine on Algo Ghostrider.
If i start MoneroOcean with the App itself, it will mine on Algo Astrobwt.

1 rig is completely free up to 4 is free if mining something else other then ethereum and after 5 you pay for everything. So if that's your only rig in HiveOS then it's free. Also use another RTM pool FlockPool has to much hashrate

Go in config, for each algo remove first value. Voilà.
That's what I do to have the first thread always available, but you can edit that to use the threads you want, only on ghostrider you can only choose the core.

i have i5 13600k which has 20 threads. if i use all 20 threads i got lower hashrate and if i use 10 threads i get much mote hashrate.
Is it even using the threads set? Intel CPUs don't have enough L3 cache
