OMG ! I really miss going into a Disney Store and having it look like this !!

I remember when this opened. I used to take my kids there when they were in strollers. They used to have a little walk up restaurant in there and an item they had on the menu was so good! It was called a “PB&J Handwich”. It was a pancake spread with PB&j and a sliced banana all rolled inside. The restaurant didn’t last long. Maybe a couple of years. And they took it out.
yesssss!!! i try to explain to people that this store looked much different back then. you could also access the parking lot through it if i remember correctly.

I remember going there countless times when I was tiny (the one in the Livingston Mall, that is). Heck, this was something I would've done to avoid going to school, summer school, or day camp, too.🙃
2000s kid here (born in '95); they looked like this during my childhood, too. Excellent stuff.

there was once a disney store at the holyoke mall in massachusettes with animated figures of sebastian and mickey mouse both inside and outside for display only so those figures were not for sale

Very nice! ...but I wouldn’t say it’s completely untouched. Clearly it’s being maintained with routine dusting. And modern merchandise. Plus, that plush island in front of the screen... ...that wall would have been covered with 9-16 CRT TVs simulating a big screen. Other than that, a real time capsule!
