    all is so beautiful...i do not want to critic but just ask a question...there is red bleeding please how to avoid that... happens to me too...

      Not a problem, you need to have both consistencies perfeclty accurate in white and red, which is quite difficult when working 100 miles per hour ahahahhaha... but it is possible. I hope this tip helps!.

      LAGACÉ JOHANNE light and dark are notorious for bleeding, but I dry my cookies in front of a fan and it has eliminated that problem.

    oh wow... I didn't know you could add water to isomalt... I've only just melted the isomalt but I bet the water would make it less hard and easier to eat! Thank you

      chickapey you just add water when the isomalt it's on it's pure stage like the video shows, otherwise you just melt it. Let's say I made the hard isomalt and break it into pieces then I can just microwave it for later use. I hope this helps!

      Mm one question, it gets sticky at any point? i mean, I work with the same Isomalt , but after a few minutes it gets sticky , i didn't use water though, maybe that's the differences?

      Gotitas de Azúcar that's odd. the isomalt I use never gets sticky but I hadn't used water. I've done sugar but it got soft and sticky.

      It is better to do it as I show on the video, that way you can control the temperature and not burn it.

    what kind paper you use at the bottom when you pour the isomalte into the cookies?

      In the video I mention parchment paper, but you can also use a silicone mat or wax paper.

    amiga demaciado hermosas..nos puedes decir en se podían vender estas galletas..yo las voy hacer para mis nietos pero estoy segura que mis amigas van a querer tambien para los suyos y puedo tener una entrada de dinero por eso

      Hola, bueno, es difícil darles un precio por ti. Ya que hay diferentes factores involucrados, como: costos indirectos o asignados, esto significa costos que se relacionan con el funcionamiento general de tu negocio, no directamente con la creación de las galletas, como el alquiler, el seguro y las utilidades; también cuánto cobra tu competencia, cuánto está dispuesto a pagar tu mercado meta, mano de obra, embalaje, etc. Como nosotros lo hacemos como un negocio te podrás percatar que hay más cosas involucradas. Incluso si asumiéramos que estás usando exactamente los mismo ingredientes que nosotros en la repostería; por lo tanto, la única forma de garantizar la rentabilidad es calcular tus propios costos de forma precisa, así como considerar tus habilidades de decoración y tiempo invertido en cada galleta, con todo esto puedes hacer tus cálculos y asignar precios a tus productos.

      Marianne Laney because regular sugar will not be quite as clear as isomalt.

      Its very safe to use, that's what we use at the culinary (CIA in New York) for sugar sculpturing. ☺
