Hey Emma, I would suggest reading some fictional books alongside non fiction. I have really bad anxiety and it helps to really dive into a book where you can get lost and just find some peace in a different place.

same! i wash mine a few times a week now versus every other day! Mine gets itchy if i wait too long but usually i do 3 or 2 times a week which has helped my hair so much! I also use a boar bristle brush to brush out the oil to the ends of my hair! also it gets less oily and i don't even need dry shampoo now!

I trained my hair starting at the beginning of quarantine a year ago! I went from washing it every other night, to only wash it once a week!
