i never get tired of his music i bought my first record in 1959 and i think i have avery good colection i would like to know if marty recorded the prisoners song
Somewhere back in the 60's this song was supposed to be released as a single but it never happened. Marty played it for me on the piano in Oklahoma City and I didn't hear it again until Bear records released it.

Not a patch on the country version, his voice is superb but the emotion in his voice is hard to beat, and by the way I do like the rock@ roll version as I’m a rock and roll fan, Marty does a great job as usual, but not a patch on the first version.
