    Just wondering, do you have a tach on this bike? I'm starting to wonder if the gear ratio is too long. Maybe it's getting to a point where it just can't pull the bike. I don't know what the cam is supposed to pull to but I feel like that setup should pull pretty high in the rpms. I'm wondering what it is reving to? Sounds healthy as hell though man. Keep up the good work.

      Yes, the bike gets a 58MM stroker kit and Methanol in up coming videos. Its fun finding out what the cam and head will do in a smaller package in the mean time. Thanks for watching!

    Black, my man. You do the most consistent testing of all. Thus your conclusions are mostly sound. With your welding skills, it would do your fuel adjustment setups much more surety and less guesswork if you built a header pipe with a wideband sensor, that could be used on a gamut of your engines, perhaps not in its finality, but again consistent testing to achieve optimum AFR, THEN the final test would be, going to the actual header pipe for the bike (no WB sensor), and get I suspect an even better improv. I mean you probably have a 3-step header that would install and run on a bunch, even if like out the side but with a well installed, sensor weldment about mid-pipe, aiming inward under seat. Just a thought, I’d kick in on the WB kit, you’d have to make the test-pipe(s), I think you could find the weldments and make 2-3 test-pipes with WB sensor ready to plug right in.

    It would also work with the various fuels you play with. Imagine if you could get full range AFR during your tests and have a log of your 0-30s and TOP speed tests. Again, I’d kick in on the AFR WB kit.

    If you have the clearance go 1.3 and ARC billet extended rod. Also methanol (properly jetted) will kick that thing in the ass and get it rippin.

    • @Black66
      @Black66  Год назад

      Tested MANY rods at this point and clearanced quite a few engines. Have used Methanol on many different engines and combinations. Raced Karts for years in the 1980s. I don't know everything but I have had a lot of fun over the years. If I can't have fun with this stuff then its not worth doing for me. I know some take this stuff very seriously. I don't. Its mainly fun for me. Check out the pictures on the community tab.

    Question. Why did you add jet to the main. Couldn’t you just open up the 3rd circuit. Just put a turn or half turn in the power valve and achieve the same results? I would think you could have left the 110 and just opened up the power valve. Or are they not the best on these PWK carbs. I used to use the add on ones in my snowmobile with Mikunis and kept the midrange a tad lean and at wide open the power valve added the fuel I needed. But I’ve never used them on thes PWK’s

    I’ve noticed that the size of the carburetor doesn’t always make the difference. As long as it’s tuned right it will run just as good. I’ve been using a 28mm. And it works great cause it’s tuned well, but some people say it’s too big.
