Because Bowser tried to use an upcoming movie to diss Eggman, when it's not even out yet, and Eggman immediately respond by saying you've already had a movie that failed so bad that it was a legendary failure. Plus, that line about his flow being so outta this world it's like he's pissing on the Moon is effing genius.

Bowser won. Eggman attacked him well in the final verse, but it wasn't enough by a small bit. Bowser's first few lines in the second round was insane in flow, he was always insanely good at flow unlike Eggman. And Bowser spitted roasts in and there even if they weren't as effective, but Eggman just did wonder in the second round. Like Bowser had amazing wordplay, like dumb and dumber, where he literally roasted Eggman and plucked a creative and brilliant wordplay. Overall he had great flow, lots of roasts and great lines, while Eggman had the best comeback. So Bowser wins by a margin too small.
No Eggman destroyed him with facts and logic.
I know this is an old ass comment but that line where Eggman ends with "You the OG? You aren't even Mario's original foe." Is fucking deadly bro 💀

Also, in terms of game lore, the creators confirmed that the Mario in the original Donkey Kong game is actually the father of the current Mario. And the DK in that game is the father of the current DK.
Their names are Mario Jumpman and the original DK is now Cranky Kong.
The Current Mario is Mario Jumpman Mario Jr and Donkey Kong Jr (literally the title of the second game)
Meaning Luigi is not only Mario's fraternal twin, but his name is Luigi Jumpman Mario...

I PERSONALLY think Dr. Ivo Robotnik (Dr. Eggman) Won.
While its true Donkey Kong came first, Bowser's actually the THIRD enemy, not his second. People forget that Bowser is actually THE SON of the original King of the Koopas, King Koopa. If you pull up images of the original, you'll notice King Koopa looks closer to Godzilla than Bowser. It's the same for Eggman, who happens to be the grandson of the original villain, Dr Ivan Robotnik (who also happened to be the creator of Shadow).
Wrong. Gerald Robotnik was never a villain of Sonic. And Yoshi was Bowser's enemy before Mario. King Koopa and Bowser are the same person btw.
