Finally an upgrade, and it skipped right over dwarven :) If you're sunk below the water with air above you instead of just water and a ceiling, you can climb a wall to get some air. You can drop things near the entrance without them winding up in the wagon if you deactivate the wagon button.
The passage to the next part of the dungeon is in that square sewer, there's a small passage in the water, you can see it on the map. There's also a passage in the wall later, you'll need to go through it, but sometimes it can be tricky, so I hope you get lucky.

Unity fixed that weird hole-in-the-wall part. You just crouch and jump through now.
@@thethegreenmachine I did this quest about two months ago, and spent almost an hour at that hole. So, at least for me, it still didn't work well.
