Flowey really went “I remember you’re genocides”
"GUN-HAT... I REMEMBER YOU'RE GENOCIDES..."
minor spelling mistake
Nah not the deltarune shitpost ahh dialogue (I'm not too sure of it's origins though)
@@yhjidid7375 this guy hasn't seen the original "i remember you're genocides" meme
@@clawcakes2 i remember you're memes....
that's crazy to see Ceroba in this, the only way being doing a genocide run all the way up to steamworks but then giving up on the robots. probably one of the rarest sprites to see of her
Depends if you listened to flowey’s advice like my dumbasss.
And for it to have axis u need to spare the other robots, not axis in the end
@@thekidinyourbasement524 I mean you fight axis on any route, that's less special
@@thekidinyourbasement524 Sparing random enemy encounters won't abort the genocide route.
@@Cobtanix but not killing any will
i love el bailador's attack. the notes bonking uselessly against the bottom of the box feels so _mocking,_ like flowey couldn't bother to put together anything grander, even in his own mind.
This fight, in general, seems to have a bunch of genocide references.
Flowey probably felt a lot of disdain towards Bailador, considering how Flowey doesn’t see much of a point in anything other than violence. Bailador finds joy in dancing and Flowey probably finds that to be a MAJOR irritation
if you fight bailador in a genocide route his fight acts identically to that, basically in that the genocidal clover isn't dancing along and just dodging normally
That’s just the genocide attack but harder anyways
@@JustAGoatwastaken pretty sure the only way to get the full fight is to do a genocide route where you kill Decibat, El Bailador, Starlo and Ceroba but when going to the steamworks you spare the earliest robot possible so you won't be locked in and Axis won't lock away gardener
My favorite ones are Starlo's and Gardener's, the visual of the leaves and vines growing out of them with the tiny cartoonish flowers add the right amount of creepiness.
Starlo's face looks like that one Gooseworx video with the uncanny emotions.
Ngl starlo looks like one of the creatures of unnatural habitat
*guardener's
It’s thematically appropriate too, as they both tend to plant life as an occupation (Starlo belongs to a corn farmer family, and Guardener protects and maintains the plants at the Steamworks).
gardener's and Axis' attack are slightly mediocure though
would have liked it going for slightly longer or have another aspect to it.
el bailador is honestly uncanny as heck
Looks like Jeff The Killer in a way
Yeah
@@Voidbear_FNaF_and_Undertale Considering that Flowey in the original Undertale was inspired in a number of ways by creepypastas (the official Undertale Artbook even cites Face from the NES Godzilla Creepypasta in particular as a source of inspiration), I can almost guarantee that because the creators of Undertale Yellow seem to very much understand that aspect of Flowey's character, that is almost certainly a deliberate reference.
Dalv looks like an alternate tho
That's probably also intentional, analogue horror ARGs are in the same "internet horror" ballpark as creepypastas.@@William_Afton_1987.

This is one of the reasons why I like Undertale Yellow's killing more than Undertale's. Undertale has creepier and more disturbing overworld ramifications of your actions, such as Snowdin Town, but you never have to directly face your sins. But here? You have to look into the eyes of everyone you've killed, everyone you've wronged. And it is so disturbing. Dalv was the one that got to me, since I really feel something for the guy, So to see him darkened and hollowed out like this is just... no. And Starlo and Ceroba as well.
Flowey is one messed up flower.

What da hell
1years for finding ideas but not programming itself :skull:
I’ve really been wondering why Dalv and El Bailador look less damaged compared to the others, instead having sinister expressions on their faces. Maybe it is due to how both are very friendly and harmless? El Bailador didn’t understand how dancing could be life-threatening, and Dalv only fights due to a misunderstanding on his part.
The rest actively try to kill or at least threaten Clover.
I finally found you, did you really think you could just attempt to expose our discord chat like that with no consequences whatsoever?
…I’m sorry; I feel as though you may be confusing me with someone else. I do not use Discord, at least anymore; the last time I did was in 2018.

No but for real tho, I’m always wondering why Ceroba’s face is completely missing. Like in this route, we killed her because it was abort genocide. Maybe the devs just thought it looked cool because you technically don’t know her at all on this route.

Ohhh so thats what starlo meant when he said "See ya around kid"...ngl thats kinda creepy like if starlo knew what was coming for clover next
I've been waiting for a video like this, all of Flowey's attacks that replicate the dead bosses are really cool. Great way to make the fight replay value when doing neutral runs.
If you dont know how to fight with ceroba you need finish genocide in the steamworks
Abort genocide in the steamworks*
Actually you gotta not finish it or else you're not gonna fight flowey, but zenith martlet
*abort genocide in the steamworks
@@juu4503 You also have to abort the genocide route just after killing ceroba, otherwise you will not fight guardener
The word you are looking for is “ABORT”
5:25 there is also a bug here, if you go back after all turns black, you wont be able to move and flowey will still attack you till you die, after that the game crashes
some shit flowey would do
That bug happened to me today i was at the black part and then i just moved back a little and then the atack started again an killed me during the cutscene and isntead of dying the game softlockedme
From what I can tell:
Decibat - There is less delay between the blue and orange waves
Dalv - The bolts are more frequent
El Bailador - The notes bounce higher
Starlo - The circles grow bigger
Ceroba - Unchanged
Guardener - The arms have less delay between eachother
Axis - I THINK the projectiles themselves have more speed?
This really proves on how unhinged Flowey is, because what i think happens isn't Flowey powering up due to absorbing your soul, but you have been absorbed and this all happens in Flowey's insane mind.
Essentially, yes! You're not _fully_ absorbed yet, but Flowey is trying to. Kind of like if you were food in a vat of stomach acid. Only problem is even after seeing all this shit in Flowey's mind, Clover is comically stubborn and refuses to actually get absorbed to the point where Flowey gets bored and just decides to reset to not get locked into a permanent duel
@@thisisausername9356"NUH UH, IT'S DUAL!"

I think it's a darn shame that the most difficult Dalv ever is, is a single attack that lasts 3 seconds.
I was kinda hoping in the geno run his attacks would be a bit more difficult, but they're exactly the same
To be honest he's the only one that isn't putting his all ever and is the only boss (apart from Decibat and El Bailador) that doesn't know that you've killed everyone and only realizes it mid-fight
Literally just finished my neutral playthrough (i was mindblown) and i was looking for it. On my run i just did a genocide up until Martlet and then aborted it and spared everything until the end.
I was wondering if more bosses killed by you would end up in this fight, so i searched for it... and it turns out my answer was just uploaded a bit ago!
Honestly- I’m surprised they programmed in ceroba as the steps to get her are shockingly rare
Context- to even fight ceroba early (you can’t do on the pasf route as killing ceroba then will get you the flawed pas route), you’d have to go geno up until you kill starlo THEN you can only fight ceroba and kill her, and then you’d have to abandon geno to get neutral
There are people who fall for Flowey' gaslight that killing the robots at Steameorks is optional for a Genocide run.
@@berrydelightdiwizin that's not even grammatically correct nevermind what gaslighting is
@@uncroppedsoop My apology for accidentally abort a Genocide run because Flowey says it's optional as the robots don't give EXP (which they actually don't).
Now excuse me if there are more than one definition of "gaslighting" because I don't remember asking.
That's what my friend did
@@berrydelightdiwizin you have no reason to be this rude. I did not insult you, I just told you that's not the correct use of a word. the world doesn't revolve around you, so people _will_ tell you things that you didn't ask them. you'll have to learn to deal with it
that's all about the second half of your reply mind you, I have no problem with you explaining what you meant in the first half
this is actually amazing game design
by making you fight all the bosses you kill, the final boss gets harder the more LV you have. Thus, if you only killed one monster at the start of ruins, the fight will not have any extra sections. On the other hand, if you kill everyone except for one random robot at the end, you will face an extra gauntlet which is balanced by the extra health you have at the end.
You don’t get extra health, it’s always 100 in his fight
and this only includes mini and main bosses, random ecounters wont gona change the figth

My favs are obviously Ceroba and Starlo because Ceroba’s look really eerie and I’m still trying to figure out if missing her face means something and Starlo looks like a complete mess.
So glad they put this in, makes the final boss even fucking cooler.
This is probably me overthinking it , but Starlo being a complete mess is ironic considering before you kill him his life becomes a complete mess. You take away his chance to better himself
Its weird how dalv and el bailador are not that deformed. Except for their faces of course but still
It could be some creepy way to show how are they before die. Dalv never show his face and El Bailador are always happy and wants to make the people smile. (Or at least that's how i see that possible twisted representation from them)

I killed Gardener + Axis + random bots. None of those (except for Axis) gave me any EXP, though
i only killed a jandroid because i didnt want to feel bad for killing anyone else.
It's funny, Flowey never wins. In both of the pasifist endings, clovers soul is taken and he never gets it. In nuetral, he ends up reseting after torturing clover. In genocide, he dies.
This reminds me a lot of The Sorrorw from Metal Gear Solid 3. Everyone you ever killed in that game comes back as a ghost to torment you in that boss fight.
In this Flowey fight, the more minibosses and bosses you killed, the more you're going to suffer nightmarish visuals and potentially lethal attacks.
After all that killing, ask yourself...Do you feel like a hero yet?

El Baliador is horrifying.
A thing i figured out is that you can't have flowey trigger ceroba, guardener and starlo in the same fight, because to kill either of them requintes not Killing the other ones
For ceroba you need to kill starlo in a genocide run (i don't think that kill counts) but you won't be able to fight guardener because geno Axis convinces guardener to not fight you
yes you can.
you need to do a genocide route but spare the robots at steamworks.
this way you kill ceroba in the dunes alongside starlo and spearing the robots will allow gaurdener to attack you.
the fight also points at the possebility because of how many illusion turns suppose to occure before a running segment, first stage has 2 representing decibat and vlad, 2nd stage has 3 to represent ceroba starlo and Elfish, while the last stage has 2 for Axist and gardener, if you didn't kill ceroba gardener will be shoved to phase 2 and an unrelated attack will be added to stage 3 to replace gardener's turn
