Great vid and lots and lots of step by step information but i have 1 qeustion. What does that little plastic see trhough pipe do that leads to nowhere?

It is an oil reservoir/ catch can. 2 strokes can sometimes have oil ( 2 stroke oil) leak from the carb feed line.
