I love that you got right down to it and didn't blather for 5 minutes, like a lot of people, about what you were going to do, you just showed us. Nice job Mitch!
Thanks Mitch! Just got my Zuma that I have been waiting for my friend to sell me and I have to take both tires off to change valve stems. Helped me a lot! Thanks Partner!
@Gunner Jace i really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
Hannah Hill, not really have to drain the fluid... if you accident pull the brake lever, the piston will push the pad further out, you will have to push the pad further in to allow the disc to go between the pads. Might need to open the lid on brake reservoir to suck out little bit of fluid so it won’t spill over when you push the piston back in
Will this work on a yw125? My wheel grabs and squeals at a certain spot. I have wrecked it back in 2014, but it was restored by a yamaha dealer. I believe the brake pad may be rubbing or else I have a bent wheel. I don't notice any vibration while riding, though, which would indicate an out of round wheel. I am not mechanically inclined, but any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Hey yes, I have video on vino front brake assembly with some lubricant... that would fix the issue but I would check the wheel to see if it’s bent... lift the front wheel up and spin it with your hand and see if the disc rotor / rim is straight or not
Thanks! It took me about an hour to see that hole in the back of the thing holding the break pads! I figured it out and finally got it back on :) thanks for your videos!

I’m having a kind of big issue that my brake pads are stuck onto my brake disk. What do I do?
Open the brake reservoir to suck out some fluid then push the caliper piston in
hey Mitch is this removal of front tire the same as it would be on a 125? Ty and like your videos 👍🏼
Hey yes they are similar 👍🏼
ty very much truly enjoy your helpful videos 🤙🏼😁
What do you do when you accidentally pull the brake lever ? Do you have to drain the brake fluid?

Thanks Mitch. Those are Michelin boppers. What comes stock?
No problem Rob, hmm I can't remember what tire was stock... maybe kenda?

Welcome!
Will this be the same process for the 125 as well?
Yup
@@MitchsScooterStuff thanks soo much!
I bumped the break pads… now I can’t get the wheel back on. Damn.
I have the same problem did you get figured it out? If you did can you explain me how?
You could put big flathead screwdriver in between pads to push away each other
Thanks! It took me about an hour to see that hole in the back of the thing holding the break pads! I figured it out and finally got it back on :) thanks for your videos!
