- "Cake Boss" star Buddy Valastro shows off his famous bakery and some of its creations, along with the members of the community who inspire him to continue the family tradition of baking.
This guy is a genius! He could even manage the best hotel anywhere in the US. He have much knowledge how to organize a corporation or a small business. He is very valuable, very creativ person! This guy is just more than a ordinary baker like many of his profession, he is simply a genius!!!!!!

I thought Porto's Cuban bakery in Glendale had a lot of people waiting in line but what you have is a whole city of people just waiting to purchase your products. WOW..... INCREIBLE.

I love baking cakes and pretty much a lot of everything i can do in my kitchen cause is a small one but my dream is to some day come to visit ur carlos bake shop with my little family..
This guy is an absolutely bake-genius!!! Beside he is an organization-talent! He save innumerable bakery in the US from the ruin, with his own concept of management and with the invention of new products. He should be made a chief of an excellent Hotel anywhere in the US.

To get in, he said 2 1/2 hours. So we didn't go. Not worth waiting 2 hrs in my opinion =_=. The town was beautiful there. Shops everywhere & the old look :)
