Thanks for finally being one of the few to start addressing the real problem. Hydra is overtuned. Mischief head is already 20 speed faster than UNM Clan Boss, when you add in NINE other actors creating ticks to push up TM, he is taking turns VERY quickly. So he just hoovers up all your buffs while it's a huge challenge to get hex to stick on him between Decay throwing out cleanses and the fast turns just causing hex to fall off. Every single head being immune to every form of CC goes towards eliminating some 200 odd champs that are built around utilizing freezes, stuns, sleeps and turn meter manipulation. Edit: Lets not forget that the SECOND fastest head, Decay is moving at 190 speed and throws out a +30% TM boost to all the heads along with his cleanse.
Scratch, I know hydra is new, and you all just got test server access, but seems like not a lot of videos on Hydra from CC. Perhaps I’m mistaken, but seems like a lot less interest in Hydra compared to CB?

Very good video Skratch. You bring an important view why people are not interested in Hydra. In my clan of 30, 10 people haven't hit Hydra this week. You gave a good insight about the loot (arena gear) and lack of shards (dopamine). This is a good reason why Hydra is less attractive to kill every week which demands a lot of specific champs and time.
The main problem with hydra can't be fixed. Its too complicated for the average player, no easy copy and paste of some unkillable comp. you have to invest time and try different things, depending on your account. normal is from the champ perspective pretty doable with decent gear...my third team does 10 mio on normal, even without shamael. my best team hits the 10 mio on hard...no world record, but in a few weeks it will be one key...perhaps even next reset. and that's mainly because I invest time and try to unterstand the damn beast. what I see in my clan very often are 2 mio with three keys on normal. that's because they are wiped away on full auto...guys who run cb 6 for over a year. to be honest: you content creators take some part in it. everything must be done in a week....doomtower bommal hard in 2 days, hydra in 4 and so on. everything in highest difficulty on full auto.
It's too complicated because it's way too overtuned ! Even when you understand what's going on you can't help it and it becomes more frustrating. So you do your 1 key normal, the rest on hard and that's it : no one will bother with a content that isn't fun 😔
Good stuff AK47 ! So there are a couple things at play here in my opinion. First off, I think that this concept of 3 keys a week, no shards, no books, locked champs, is a complete 100% correction in the direction that the took with deamonlord. The demonlord has been a massive problem for Plariums profitability since the UK teams came out. So, they limited the number of hits by locking champs and expanding the colldown period from 1 day to 1 week. The pulled the shards and books, so they could sell more, or atleast not give away any more. They created a non pattern drivin fight, so that we couldnt tune is a predictable manner. They provided gear as the drops, cuz they know that high end players ego's would still push them to go for it despite the limited impact on their actual accounts. This is a really cool fight and im going to continue to push, but the isnt an account growing/expanding fight.... just the way Plarium wanted it.. its just their style... create a ton of smoke, but no fire.. call them Vladimir Plarium Putin... all smoke and no fire
Great video Skratch, you are 100% right. The Hydra takes too much time (teambuilding is a nightmare, each test run takes 20 mins). This boss is very complex. It is overtuned even at Normal level. It requires tons of efforts to max out the right 18 (!!!) champions. And the rewards are meh if you are not end game. So this new content is good for 1% of the player base and therefore 99% dont even want to play it : in my Clan the average level is above 80 and only 6-7 players tryhard for this. The others throw 6 (random) champions in there, 3 times in a row, on wednesday, and click auto. They just dont care !
I can hit 2 million damage before the hydra's even take a turn,, but then it takes another 40 turns to even get a 1m more damage. They move way too fast and take way too many turns to get your abilities/buffs/debuffs to line up. Once they devour someone its like your spending the rest of the fight just trying to recover.
I am loving the hydra! There are so many opportunities for new comps and champions. For example, my favorite champion to use in Hydra right now is Sethalia and I haven't been using her anywhere until now.
I am an end game player. I don’t care for Hydra. Once I get the new champ I will stop doing Hydra. My biggest issue, I really don’t want to put together 18 champs, on top of my CB team, on top of my 3v3 teams, on top of my arena team, on top of my DT team, etc. Wish I could reuse 6 champs and focus on fine tuning that team for higher level hydra runs. This is coming from and account with 5 krisks, multiple Siphi, Brogni, Dutchess, etc.
The problem with this game is that the community can scream about an issue and the complaints just get ignored. The only time anything gets done is if it cost them money or they have the possibility not making money. People need to be thankful for the new content. They need to enjoy the game for what it is, a good mobile game.
Honestly the play right now for everyone outside of the krackens is to just try and get the first chest on normal and collect the shards..... unless you have all the top legendary champs there is no way to get past it since you can buff, debuff, keep ups with revives, or ever get your champ back from being eaten.... not to mention that max hp dmg is useless as well, so there is literally no way to clear it without the best champs to get to the level where real strats are viable... people doing 1 key UNM, but can clear normal on hydra bc they don't have every legendaryin the game? C'mon....
My Clan usually drops 4 highest CB's daily and now we just do Normal Hydra because not everyone have enough characters to build custom teams for Hydra without breaking up their existing tuned CB teams.
i agree there is too much rng involved even if they didnt change the skill cooldown, it would be nice if veil and p.vail made a difference and if we can control which head targets who
Hydra for most of the community is non-content. I have 2 accounts, and even on my second account that has finished FW, kills UNM/NM/Brutal CB daily and is in Gold 2 tag team cannot do much in Hydra. That second guild I would say less than 30% of the keys are even attempted over the first couple of weeks. Its extremely difficult to have these specific champions and to build the ridiculous requirement of having 3 unique teams. Its not necessarily bad for the game to have some PVE content that is super end game, so I'm not really upset about it. The rewards are geared towards the type of players that would actually be able to make a lot of progress. On my main account it gives me something to work on building out teams the same way some of the secret rooms in DT hard did, but on a much higher level. I also think it accomplishes another critical goal for Plarium and that is to drain high end players of resources building teams.
I think hydra would be so much better if they just removes extra turns and tm boosts from hydra. That would make it little less rng and much easier to build a team. Also the champion being devoured should not be the one with highest crit dmg. you already need million differend skills and abilities mostly from support champions and its always the damage dealer that gets eaten, making it nearly impossible to get them out before being devoured.
Demon Lord feels like having specific champs opens up team opportunities like infinity comp or unkillable comp, while hydra seems like having specific champs is what you need just to get started on the second lowest difficulty. For people who keep using the "It's end game" argument, it's unlocked really early on which will make people try it when it's available, then feel discouraged when they see the requirements just to get started. It's like how Doom Tower is unlocked early on, then Bommel shows up at floor 10 Normal and completely destroys you. If you want something to be end game, then you lock it behind the end game, not place it where it's accessible, then make people guess when they should try and take it seriously.
basically all you need on normal is basic team understanding...buffing, debuffing, healing and that you shouldn't hit a head with constant fear all the time. if you don't unterstand this, you probably run cb with 5 damage dealers. basically hydra needs the same team comp as clan boss, with more manual timing. ok, you don't need a buffstripper there...for about a year there is one on doom tower normal if you don't have madame or Kymar.
To be fair, normal floor 10 Bommel can easily be beaten by an unbooked Templar with regen gear as long you synch the a2 with the time of the side bombs detonation. However, you're right that normal Hydra is too hard for new players, as it's currently tuned, normal hydra is like unm cb if not even harder, it would be better for the general public if they perhaps had an easy hydra that would maybe be more equal to hard cb, or just tune the normal hydra to be equal to hard cb in terms of stats.
@@dirkwoitkewitz7953 Go make a new account and try Hydra as soon as it's unlocked and see how many champions you have built at that point that are beneficial to the fight. You say you need a basic understanding of team building without realizing that at the point you unlock the fight, you barely have a team in the first place unless you spent on shards, brews and chickens. One of the points that Skratch mentioned at 9:40 is how the stat requirements just for normal is already high, which again, you have to consider when the content is unlocked because that's literally when people's first impression of the content will be.
Skratch, a lot of people aren't playing because they don't think this game mode is fun. We don't have 5 royal guards. I don't have 1. The boss is completely RNG. I did a team in the first week with 8.89 damage and used the same team and the same strategy in week 2 and got 6.89 million damage. It is dumb. RNG isn't fun and it is way too overtuned. They need an easy. They really shouldn't have nerfed the mastery, they should have nerfed the fear which nobody in the game likes (if the fear had a 1 turn cooldown, it would have nerfed Inquisitor the same way that nerfing the mastery nerfed him). Ok, I'm sure there are one or two people who would accept Plarium telling them it is raining as Plarium was pissing on them, but nobody else likes that type of RNG.
I'm end game. I 1 key Ultra NM. Can finish all Hard Doom Towers. I can even get max chest on Hydra without Shameal(1 of only 3 epics I don't have). I still hate Hydra. I'm not interested in doing Hydra. It's not fun. Why have so much RNG on end game content? It's just stupidity. I play to relax and have fun. Not be annoyed. I'm out on Hydra. I don't care how good the gear is.
i spent about 4 hours trying to get anywhere on it. i don't have enough speed/gear, no way to keep fear off. get to about 300k max before party collapses. sendond/3rd string can't do squat, mostly sub 60s. will be 6 months or more, unless i am super lucky before it's doable on normal/hard.
I like the rewards, but I would LOVE it we had a chance to land shards and Leggo Books Only! (No more epic books or the other clan boss stuff). But it would definitely be way more motivating if we had a chance to get the really good stuff.
I agree. I'm pretty end-game (I've done all the other PvE content) and I'm struggling with hydra. It's not a lot of fun the way it is. Seems like if the head of mischief swallows one of your nukers it's basically run over (or your hexer if you have one) . If the head of torment swallows your veil champ (or inquisitor) it's run over. It's way over tuned.
totally agree with the overall sentiment. make the higher hydra difficulties a real challenge for the absolute end game kraken players. perfectly fine. but dont completely gate the whole thing off to 98% of the players by making it a waste of time for them to even try to do normal, lol. thats such a rookie mistake once again. just make the damn thing scale appropriately. tune back normal, and for all i care make nightmare even harder. just as an aside, enemy max HP is actually my most viable form of damage by far and away, even on hard oO
yea same, most of my damage on normal & hard is coming from royal guard and husk with their enemy max hp hits. Sure they hit for more on higher difficulties, but that doesn't change the fact that they already deal quite a big chunk of damage on the lower difficulties as well xD It just sucks that you basically need two of them in each team, otherwise when one of the heads eats them there is no way of getting them back. My royal guard was constantly being devoured and digested until I put husk in there as well to save him lol
Sorry Skratch but I have to agree to disagree on why players are fighting the hydra. You said it’s cuz of the rewards, but I can tell you right now that they’re not fighting it because most can’t even get rewards because of how hard and end game it truly is. I’m in a mid tier clan and we have at least 10-15 players who can 1-key the demon lord on UNM, yet we haven’t even come close to beating the Hydra on its 2nd lvl of difficulty yet.
It might be worth making a new account and doing Normal Hydra with a budget/f2p once you unlock it to show people what it's like since I think a lot of people have a disconnect with when content is unlocked vs what your account is like when it's unlocked.
I really had to force my self to not waste this weeks keys. The fight is just so frustrating. They went with all the wrong kind of rng on the fight. Instead of having rng that results in you having to do the right decision in order to win, you instead get a few dice rolls where the result yay or nay with 0 input from you. Like who thought bringing true fear into the fight would be a fun mechanic. Every single player hates the random nature of fear.
Imo the nerf isn't needed because it is endgame content and normal is easily 2 or 3 keyable if you're late game. Biggest issue by far is the lack of rewards like shards or leggo books which makes this content not that appealing compared to the daily clan boss.
"Endgame content" doesn't mean "unfair" or "unbalanced" ! Yes you can 1 key normal if you're late game but not many will invest time and ressources to build an hard or brutal team rn cause the content is simply overtuned 😅
@@michadraogo7399 People would really invest in tuning teams for this if it offered the shards and books the daily clan boss would give. Shard pulls are the biggest drive for playing this game. And this content simply gets ignored by the majority if it doesn't contribute to that
I would be fine with the stats if they would make it so various control options that we have for CC worked against different heads. It would still require diverse teams, be open to RNG as they can get eaten, and yet it would make it more accessible. Maybe you don't have the cleanse but you can fear that head. Maybe you can't target mischief but an aoe stun works on that head. It would make it much more enjoyable and not overly weaken the boss
There it is :), i totally agree with you , my clan is a t6 CvC clan (just) and most of us 1 key UM but we can only do normal hydra only a couple of the clan have a deep enough pool of champs to actually use all 3 hydra keys effectively, so for us we will see the new hydra champ in about 6 months :(
Yup! I said the same thing about the rewards...weekly chests without books or shards or silver...Paylarium missed the mark big time! For Mithrala: If the boss was not immune to petrification, which is actual myth, players may actually care...since they made hydra immune, she is kind of useless. Paylarium needs to do a better job at testing these things out...brain dead developers!
Way too much crap going on. They needed to work on the UI before releasing something like this, it doesn’t just seem like it’s for end game but it’s also for PC. Between how long you’re expected to fight him to do well and having to either memorize all their moves or constantly re read everything during the fight to make sure you’re using the right move each turn. Just way too over board, not just for end game but also people who are end game and didn’t get bad shard RNG. Almost every “end game” has duchess, Siphi, Krisk etc which are not promised even if you opened a million sacreds.
great video. I've just unlocked Lydia and I cleared normal in 2 keys with difficulties. i do not even try the 3rd key on hard. hydra is a feast of rng and frustration. hope I find an auto team to claim the last normal chest each week without losing more time on it
The way Plarium is gonna make this Hydra easier is to just make new champs that are even better than Shamael. Tho 1st they gonna have 10x for him in Xmas or the next couple weeks..
The truth is that they need to completely overhaul their shard system. There are too many characters for the system to make sense. Even on 10× chances. Normal players even low spenders like me that barely spends $20 bucks a month have a hard time getting the characters needed to deal with most content. So I have to get ridiculously creative and I'm still consuming tons of time to play. They also need to overhaul the drop system for it to not be so inconsistent. On the 2× event for Savage (as an example) I spent 3000 energy and got 3 pieces of useful Savage gear at tier 6. That is absolutely ridiculous. Then you have content like this. Which obviously they made it so insane with very specific criteria required. Likely why Tatura Rimehide is such a necessary fusion for everyone. Unless you have Duchess or Recter Drath. I don't have either. So Tatura is a must for me. I also barely have HP Burn characters. I'm struggling to get any to pop. I have Yoshi and Drexthar and I have Achak. But I need a good AoE HP Burn to make Spider runs significantly better. There are many places that need tuning. But much of it makes them less money to do so.
You nailed one huge thing at the moment the rewards are all aright but could be better. like another person said more time in game they need to improve this. Thank for continuing to work on this mode.
budget ish maybe somthing like tatura royal guard royal guard reset champ brogni and madame/uugo/rian. Brogni and tatura are champs many people will have , you could build teams around them, that are budget ish. Or have you tried this already?
i feel like Hydra is ok where it is, especially since ur getting gear that can make ur buffs not removable. that gear will change the pvp meta once ppl get they hands on that gear. Im sure they will nerf some things over time but yeah it should be a challenge.
I know where you are going with your thought process and I agree that many people are struggling with the content; however, as a 2yr F2P, I was able to 2 key Hard and 1 key Normal without Shamael. Is it easy? No... but it is absolutely doable. Anybody that has Drex and Ninja can 1 key Normal with modest support... I used them for my main Hard team (12M). I won't lie - my third team needs lots of work; but I hate Seer and Unkillable comps because of the lack of challenge they bring to the game. I want the game to have content I can't beat. Where is the fun in completing the end game within days of release? Doesn't that mean the content wasn't hard enough?
I would like for the Hex Champs to be viable. Seems like there is some kind of disconnect between the people who created the Hydra and the people who create the champions. I'm still not sure how hex works?
I think their hydra division is an entire different group of people. Thats why the updates are on an entirely different time schedule than normal updates. It should be very easy to combine the 2 unless they are separate divisions. They may have outsourced to help “speed things up” because of all of the complaints about lack of content, for end game players, and that “hydra is never coming” line we heard over and over again (even making its way into the raidzilla song).
Ngl, rocket league is pretty damn fun. Idk about the mobile version.. but the regular version of the game is. I haven't really watched a whole lot of hydra videos. Haven't bothered with it yet... 100+ turns manually doesn't appeal to me personally. Not with 3 kids running around the house... Only thing I've really taken away from videos on hydra is you cant auto it and get a decent score, and if you manual it it takes forever. Alos heard the first champ to be eaten by the hydra is the one on the team with the most crit damage
Appreciate the points and agree for the most part but I honestly think that they have simply created this content to encourage whaling. The mere fact that they lock out your champions meaning you need at least 18 champions to use all three keys built and geared is funny to me. Furthermore, when you consider the number of mechanics the boss requires where you are required to invest in champions with specific skill sets that are rare to obtain (Perfect Veil, Hex; buff strips/block buffs and cleanse) I honestly consider this boss a joke. It is supposedly the most challenging content in the game, well the only real challenge I see is getting lucky pulling shards and getting duplicates of the right champions. Very challenging Plarium, lmao
i agree with your overall opinion. it doesn't thrill me and i find the head sot be a bit too OP to really be enjoyable. additionally, shards or books would make me more eager to make an effort. i'm probably a mid-late game player.
i like the Hydra boss it just thars to many thing stoping most player from have fun. the fear that only a hand full of guys can deal with and a buff stealer you cant hit with out a hex guy is to much. maybe if you can use your team 3 time it be ok to many thing stoping this from being fun.
My clan is not doing hydra already 30 keys used out of 90 this week most players struggled with it first week and the problem it is to random you need to reset few times in each key depending on heads to get and rewards are not good I got no good gear last week with 2 chests in first 2 levels
Plarium should bring back the deterrence/Shamael nerf. Then rotate out the Torment head for two rotations. That would keep the players engaged and give them the ability to compete. Having to make three separate teams and being unable to reuse champs makes this boss beyond end game for a lot of players. The cost to remaster and regear gems weekly is a big turnoff for all but the most avid Raider. My $0.02

I love your ideas and I hope that they will use some of them. I'm ftp and I am the only one in my clan that get the highest chest on normal. Infact only maybe 3 or 4 of us can even get a chest at all.
5th royal guard.....nice. also 4-6 shards per month. Means for an avarge player it takes more then 2 years to get the champ. How many non content creators are willing to wait 2 years for a champ.
How can Mischief steal your buffs even when you stack Resist? I'm using Vergis to buff a high resist champ, and his buffs still get stolen. Does resist not matter for that skill?
Well, why YOU, CC, don't attack Plarium every day on the issue of heads ignoring the Vail?? It is a BUG as nowhere there is any mention on them being able to do this.
I think Hydra is not so fun for average player because so many heads doing so many things that after certain turns players lost track of things and then there is no plan of action ,its just try to hit hydra as more as possible. Plarium trying to make hydra unbeatable for whales and other end game player but in reality the end product is at mercy of cheese.
Dood, I'm not a casual player. 2 yr end game, I play every day, never miss 4 keys, never miss a daily quest. DT hard complete every cycle. This content sucks for ppl without incredible rosters. My 9mil pp account is missing significant gaps to make 3 powerful teams. I have 1 RG, I have 1 Shamael but I have tons of lego triple dupes. I also don't want to manual these fights. It's freaking boring... and I love 3v3 arena so I'm obviously broken enough to know what I like and play when it's worth the rewards. Like you said, there are a ton of reasonable tweaks they can make. Most important are means to speed tune and ways to control the RNG aspect. Give us a way to claim our time back like we do as we get better in normal CB. Steal buffs on the A1 is freaking brutal. Cleanse should be every 8 turns. Let us use and enjoy our champs. A good game mode is challenging, but not just frustrating. Rewards and adjustments could get it there but right now I'm feeling like this is the end...
keep up the good work , im not a big spender in the game i dont have alot of top tier champs and i tell you i can do normal hydra cb 1 key , and i dont have the champs to do amother 2 teams to mby do hard hydra cb , i would love to do more but just cant its not accesible to me i guess . Dude Hydra is not for everyone they disigned like that you need to have 18 champions at least to be max and that car work with it, the gear is insane so Hydra was made for high spend or long time playing people is not for everyone and that is ok is a very very long term goal.
Yeah the idea is that maybe 1k people care about it. Not enough people to do it, so that will look very bad in their books. 2x clans that cleared them all in first week in the entire game haha
@@SkratchPlays yeah I've playing for about 100 days spending in the game at least 100 a week and I don't have enough to do 2 keys because I might have the champions but I might not have them build or enough gear.
The heads are overtuned... i agree with the opinion they should rework normal and hard for example! The next problem with this mod is that you need 18 champs builded basically for hydra only... My normal cb champs dont work i there cause of how they are build ... Wich avverage player wants to build 18 champs for content where the rewards do not benefit him ?
When I think about the hydra, I know it is built for the end game players. I accept that. Nightmare hydra should be harder than floor 120 hard doom tower. Trying to make this content budget this early is foolish. When I think about my account, that doesnt have visix yet, I still can 1 key normal and probably 3 key hard. So, if this content isn't the most difficult aspect of the game, for pve in particular, I would be disappointed.
I’m late game and I can not 1 key normal hydra. Not sure I can 3 key hard hydra. I lack masteries and items so I sort of agree with Scratch, late game should 1 key hydra normal… yes yes I know guides are out with rares etc but you still also need to grind other areas so hard to have enough champs maxed.
Late game means having Lydia and beating doomtower hard . If you are able to do that you certainly can 1 key normal . I haven't done a single fw 21 and I can do 7.5 mill on normal hydra
It's just tedious and the rewards are unimpressive for people on progression. I'll try and get a chest for the fragments but DT/FW is far more compelling
I think the rewards are ok, given how strong the void Lego is. However the difficulty / RNG is not ok...I'm endgame and want a challenge but this is just tedious and not fun. Plarium need to either remove the many many RNG elements, different heads growing back, buff stealing randomly etc or reduce the difficulty such as reduced Res required or increase their cooldowns. I agree veil is so dumb in hydra...you have to have it but doesn't work?! I can only speak from seeing my clan and half my clan mates don't even use 1 key a week. It's such a timesink...I don't mind manualling 3 keys a week, what I do mind is having to back out 100 times per key because of the million levels of RNG! Plarium take note, people are not enjoying this and something (not everything) has got to change
For me personally the rewards are amazing, since u get tons of gear! I prefer good gear over shards but seems like 99% of the people dont wanna bother for them. weird hehe

@@SkratchPlays For endgame players like you, sure the 6 star items are great, but for those like me who can't access even the normal chests it becomes a chicken and egg situation: you need the rewards to beat the content. What Plarium could do is maybe put some of those rewards in CB so that gradually you get the gear to help beat Hydra.
I disagree here Skratch. my first point is the fact your champions get locked out. not everyone has the needed champs, not even mentionings 2+ copies of them. Usually idc if i build multiple copies of one champ but not if they are legos since books are something mythical u only hear stories about.The whole boss is not a challenge since its an pure rng fest nothing else...
Hydra is way too overtuned. Unless you have a handful of certain champs you don’t really stand a chance. I even tried the Shamael cheese and without the right setup it doesn’t work. You just get eaten
Rewards are not worth the trouble in my opinion. I have quite not bad roster, nothing crazy, but I can't make to the top chest with 3 keys on easy 🤣 kind of makes not cool, not worth therefore I kind of skipping it entirely
If the heads didn’t ignore perfect veil, building slow resist champs to draw aggro from head of mischief would be much harder. Honestly I don’t mind the difficulty, it’s just the rewards that are complete trash. Stoneskin is insane, sure, but that doesn’t matter for people who are bottlenecked by shards, which is most people. But EASILY the problem is that this ANOTHER piece of content which is UNBELIEABLY time-consuming. Added during a stage where the biggest criticism og the game is that *it is too time-consuming.* Like, WTF?
Rewards imo not that great and its too time consuming. On these type of games I prefer to start and forget. If I wanted to pay attention I would play FPS or MMO games
Frag champ is great - worth getting. But the lack of books/shards considering the difficulty of content and how difficult it is to build dedicated teams, is a big miss. Normal/Hard is way overtuned and the mechanics they have incorporated, and the champs who gatekeep this content are too much for 99% of the player base. Putting together a huge piece of content that a vast majority of players (even good players) cant participate in, seems like a waste. Get people involved by making normal/hard playable, and build from there.
So after a week of a CHEESE STRAT RACE to clear all difficulties you (CCs) are now talking real stuff ! At last 😤 "The content (hydra) is pretty extreme for the majority of people" 16:51 🙄 So BAD REWARDS (no books no shards) AND OVERTUNED hydra clan boss. They really need to take you feedbacks and FIX this content to : - make it HARD but ENJOYABLE still ; - and give us INCENTIVE to manuel/play it.
Casual players dont do end game, they dont do it in other games. And they shouldnt get the rewards. Not everthing needs be casual or f2p friendly. Its ok to have hard content.

Thanks for finally being one of the few to start addressing the real problem. Hydra is overtuned. Mischief head is already 20 speed faster than UNM Clan Boss, when you add in NINE other actors creating ticks to push up TM, he is taking turns VERY quickly. So he just hoovers up all your buffs while it's a huge challenge to get hex to stick on him between Decay throwing out cleanses and the fast turns just causing hex to fall off. Every single head being immune to every form of CC goes towards eliminating some 200 odd champs that are built around utilizing freezes, stuns, sleeps and turn meter manipulation. Edit: Lets not forget that the SECOND fastest head, Decay is moving at 190 speed and throws out a +30% TM boost to all the heads along with his cleanse.
Scratch, I know hydra is new, and you all just got test server access, but seems like not a lot of videos on Hydra from CC.
Perhaps I’m mistaken, but seems like a lot less interest in Hydra compared to CB?

Plarium spends a year developing this content but never stopped to realize Inquisitor would wreck the whole thing. Once again proving they don't play their own game.
All hydra is to me is more time spent in game. Don't care about until I see teams that I can build.
Very good video Skratch. You bring an important view why people are not interested in Hydra. In my clan of 30, 10 people haven't hit Hydra this week. You gave a good insight about the loot (arena gear) and lack of shards (dopamine). This is a good reason why Hydra is less attractive to kill every week which demands a lot of specific champs and time.
The main problem with hydra can't be fixed. Its too complicated for the average player, no easy copy and paste of some unkillable comp. you have to invest time and try different things, depending on your account. normal is from the champ perspective pretty doable with decent gear...my third team does 10 mio on normal, even without shamael. my best team hits the 10 mio on hard...no world record, but in a few weeks it will be one key...perhaps even next reset. and that's mainly because I invest time and try to unterstand the damn beast. what I see in my clan very often are 2 mio with three keys on normal. that's because they are wiped away on full auto...guys who run cb 6 for over a year. to be honest: you content creators take some part in it. everything must be done in a week....doomtower bommal hard in 2 days, hydra in 4 and so on. everything in highest difficulty on full auto.
It's too complicated because it's way too overtuned !
Even when you understand what's going on you can't help it and it becomes more frustrating.
So you do your 1 key normal, the rest on hard and that's it : no one will bother with a content that isn't fun 😔
Good stuff AK47 ! So there are a couple things at play here in my opinion. First off, I think that this concept of 3 keys a week, no shards, no books, locked champs, is a complete 100% correction in the direction that the took with deamonlord. The demonlord has been a massive problem for Plariums profitability since the UK teams came out. So, they limited the number of hits by locking champs and expanding the colldown period from 1 day to 1 week. The pulled the shards and books, so they could sell more, or atleast not give away any more. They created a non pattern drivin fight, so that we couldnt tune is a predictable manner. They provided gear as the drops, cuz they know that high end players ego's would still push them to go for it despite the limited impact on their actual accounts. This is a really cool fight and im going to continue to push, but the isnt an account growing/expanding fight.... just the way Plarium wanted it.. its just their style... create a ton of smoke, but no fire.. call them Vladimir Plarium Putin... all smoke and no fire
Great video Skratch, you are 100% right. The Hydra takes too much time (teambuilding is a nightmare, each test run takes 20 mins). This boss is very complex. It is overtuned even at Normal level. It requires tons of efforts to max out the right 18 (!!!) champions. And the rewards are meh if you are not end game. So this new content is good for 1% of the player base and therefore 99% dont even want to play it : in my Clan the average level is above 80 and only 6-7 players tryhard for this. The others throw 6 (random) champions in there, 3 times in a row, on wednesday, and click auto. They just dont care !
I can hit 2 million damage before the hydra's even take a turn,, but then it takes another 40 turns to even get a 1m more damage. They move way too fast and take way too many turns to get your abilities/buffs/debuffs to line up. Once they devour someone its like your spending the rest of the fight just trying to recover.
I am loving the hydra! There are so many opportunities for new comps and champions. For example, my favorite champion to use in Hydra right now is Sethalia and I haven't been using her anywhere until now.
I am an end game player. I don’t care for Hydra. Once I get the new champ I will stop doing Hydra.
My biggest issue, I really don’t want to put together 18 champs, on top of my CB team, on top of my 3v3 teams, on top of my arena team, on top of my DT team, etc.
Wish I could reuse 6 champs and focus on fine tuning that team for higher level hydra runs.
This is coming from and account with 5 krisks, multiple Siphi, Brogni, Dutchess, etc.
The problem with this game is that the community can scream about an issue and the complaints just get ignored. The only time anything gets done is if it cost them money or they have the possibility not making money. People need to be thankful for the new content. They need to enjoy the game for what it is, a good mobile game.
Honestly the play right now for everyone outside of the krackens is to just try and get the first chest on normal and collect the shards..... unless you have all the top legendary champs there is no way to get past it since you can buff, debuff, keep ups with revives, or ever get your champ back from being eaten.... not to mention that max hp dmg is useless as well, so there is literally no way to clear it without the best champs to get to the level where real strats are viable... people doing 1 key UNM, but can clear normal on hydra bc they don't have every legendaryin the game? C'mon....

My Clan usually drops 4 highest CB's daily and now we just do Normal Hydra because not everyone have enough characters to build custom teams for Hydra without breaking up their existing tuned CB teams.
i agree there is too much rng involved even if they didnt change the skill cooldown, it would be nice if veil and p.vail made a difference and if we can control which head targets who
Hydra for most of the community is non-content. I have 2 accounts, and even on my second account that has finished FW, kills UNM/NM/Brutal CB daily and is in Gold 2 tag team cannot do much in Hydra. That second guild I would say less than 30% of the keys are even attempted over the first couple of weeks. Its extremely difficult to have these specific champions and to build the ridiculous requirement of having 3 unique teams. Its not necessarily bad for the game to have some PVE content that is super end game, so I'm not really upset about it. The rewards are geared towards the type of players that would actually be able to make a lot of progress. On my main account it gives me something to work on building out teams the same way some of the secret rooms in DT hard did, but on a much higher level. I also think it accomplishes another critical goal for Plarium and that is to drain high end players of resources building teams.
I think hydra would be so much better if they just removes extra turns and tm boosts from hydra. That would make it little less rng and much easier to build a team. Also the champion being devoured should not be the one with highest crit dmg. you already need million differend skills and abilities mostly from support champions and its always the damage dealer that gets eaten, making it nearly impossible to get them out before being devoured.
Demon Lord feels like having specific champs opens up team opportunities like infinity comp or unkillable comp, while hydra seems like having specific champs is what you need just to get started on the second lowest difficulty.
For people who keep using the "It's end game" argument, it's unlocked really early on which will make people try it when it's available, then feel discouraged when they see the requirements just to get started. It's like how Doom Tower is unlocked early on, then Bommel shows up at floor 10 Normal and completely destroys you. If you want something to be end game, then you lock it behind the end game, not place it where it's accessible, then make people guess when they should try and take it seriously.
basically all you need on normal is basic team understanding...buffing, debuffing, healing and that you shouldn't hit a head with constant fear all the time. if you don't unterstand this, you probably run cb with 5 damage dealers. basically hydra needs the same team comp as clan boss, with more manual timing. ok, you don't need a buffstripper there...for about a year there is one on doom tower normal if you don't have madame or Kymar.
To be fair, normal floor 10 Bommel can easily be beaten by an unbooked Templar with regen gear as long you synch the a2 with the time of the side bombs detonation. However, you're right that normal Hydra is too hard for new players, as it's currently tuned, normal hydra is like unm cb if not even harder, it would be better for the general public if they perhaps had an easy hydra that would maybe be more equal to hard cb, or just tune the normal hydra to be equal to hard cb in terms of stats.
@@dirkwoitkewitz7953 Go make a new account and try Hydra as soon as it's unlocked and see how many champions you have built at that point that are beneficial to the fight. You say you need a basic understanding of team building without realizing that at the point you unlock the fight, you barely have a team in the first place unless you spent on shards, brews and chickens. One of the points that Skratch mentioned at 9:40 is how the stat requirements just for normal is already high, which again, you have to consider when the content is unlocked because that's literally when people's first impression of the content will be.
Skratch, a lot of people aren't playing because they don't think this game mode is fun. We don't have 5 royal guards. I don't have 1. The boss is completely RNG. I did a team in the first week with 8.89 damage and used the same team and the same strategy in week 2 and got 6.89 million damage. It is dumb. RNG isn't fun and it is way too overtuned. They need an easy. They really shouldn't have nerfed the mastery, they should have nerfed the fear which nobody in the game likes (if the fear had a 1 turn cooldown, it would have nerfed Inquisitor the same way that nerfing the mastery nerfed him). Ok, I'm sure there are one or two people who would accept Plarium telling them it is raining as Plarium was pissing on them, but nobody else likes that type of RNG.

I'm end game. I 1 key Ultra NM. Can finish all Hard Doom Towers. I can even get max chest on Hydra without Shameal(1 of only 3 epics I don't have). I still hate Hydra. I'm not interested in doing Hydra. It's not fun. Why have so much RNG on end game content? It's just stupidity. I play to relax and have fun. Not be annoyed. I'm out on Hydra. I don't care how good the gear is.

i spent about 4 hours trying to get anywhere on it. i don't have enough speed/gear, no way to keep fear off. get to about 300k max before party collapses. sendond/3rd string can't do squat, mostly sub 60s. will be 6 months or more, unless i am super lucky before it's doable on normal/hard.
I like the rewards, but I would LOVE it we had a chance to land shards and Leggo Books Only! (No more epic books or the other clan boss stuff). But it would definitely be way more motivating if we had a chance to get the really good stuff.
I agree. I'm pretty end-game (I've done all the other PvE content) and I'm struggling with hydra. It's not a lot of fun the way it is. Seems like if the head of mischief swallows one of your nukers it's basically run over (or your hexer if you have one) . If the head of torment swallows your veil champ (or inquisitor) it's run over. It's way over tuned.
totally agree with the overall sentiment. make the higher hydra difficulties a real challenge for the absolute end game kraken players. perfectly fine. but dont completely gate the whole thing off to 98% of the players by making it a waste of time for them to even try to do normal, lol. thats such a rookie mistake once again. just make the damn thing scale appropriately. tune back normal, and for all i care make nightmare even harder.

yea same, most of my damage on normal & hard is coming from royal guard and husk with their enemy max hp hits. Sure they hit for more on higher difficulties, but that doesn't change the fact that they already deal quite a big chunk of damage on the lower difficulties as well xD It just sucks that you basically need two of them in each team, otherwise when one of the heads eats them there is no way of getting them back. My royal guard was constantly being devoured and digested until I put husk in there as well to save him lol
Sorry Skratch but I have to agree to disagree on why players are fighting the hydra. You said it’s cuz of the rewards, but I can tell you right now that they’re not fighting it because most can’t even get rewards because of how hard and end game it truly is. I’m in a mid tier clan and we have at least 10-15 players who can 1-key the demon lord on UNM, yet we haven’t even come close to beating the Hydra on its 2nd lvl of difficulty yet.
It might be worth making a new account and doing Normal Hydra with a budget/f2p once you unlock it to show people what it's like since I think a lot of people have a disconnect with when content is unlocked vs what your account is like when it's unlocked.
I really had to force my self to not waste this weeks keys. The fight is just so frustrating. They went with all the wrong kind of rng on the fight. Instead of having rng that results in you having to do the right decision in order to win, you instead get a few dice rolls where the result yay or nay with 0 input from you. Like who thought bringing true fear into the fight would be a fun mechanic. Every single player hates the random nature of fear.
Fear isn't random in my experience. When I apply it it doesn't work, when a boss applies it, I never get a turn :)
They should just have a way to make it playable for people who don't have every single pokemon
Imo the nerf isn't needed because it is endgame content and normal is easily 2 or 3 keyable if you're late game. Biggest issue by far is the lack of rewards like shards or leggo books which makes this content not that appealing compared to the daily clan boss.
"Endgame content" doesn't mean "unfair" or "unbalanced" !
Yes you can 1 key normal if you're late game but not many will invest time and ressources to build an hard or brutal team rn cause the content is simply overtuned 😅

I would be fine with the stats if they would make it so various control options that we have for CC worked against different heads. It would still require diverse teams, be open to RNG as they can get eaten, and yet it would make it more accessible. Maybe you don't have the cleanse but you can fear that head. Maybe you can't target mischief but an aoe stun works on that head. It would make it much more enjoyable and not overly weaken the boss
All they need to is make fear a chance to to be applied and make champions able to resistant it or be able to be blocked with block debuff.
There it is :), i totally agree with you , my clan is a t6 CvC clan (just) and most of us 1 key UM but we can only do normal hydra only a couple of the clan have a deep enough pool of champs to actually use all 3 hydra keys effectively, so for us we will see the new hydra champ in about 6 months :(
Yup! I said the same thing about the rewards...weekly chests without books or shards or silver...Paylarium missed the mark big time! For Mithrala: If the boss was not immune to petrification, which is actual myth, players may actually care...since they made hydra immune, she is kind of useless. Paylarium needs to do a better job at testing these things out...brain dead developers!
Way too much crap going on. They needed to work on the UI before releasing something like this, it doesn’t just seem like it’s for end game but it’s also for PC.
Between how long you’re expected to fight him to do well and having to either memorize all their moves or constantly re read everything during the fight to make sure you’re using the right move each turn.
Just way too over board, not just for end game but also people who are end game and didn’t get bad shard RNG. Almost every “end game” has duchess, Siphi, Krisk etc which are not promised even if you opened a million sacreds.
great video. I've just unlocked Lydia and I cleared normal in 2 keys with difficulties. i do not even try the 3rd key on hard. hydra is a feast of rng and frustration. hope I find an auto team to claim the last normal chest each week without losing more time on it

The way Plarium is gonna make this Hydra easier is to just make new champs that are even better than Shamael. Tho 1st they gonna have 10x for him in Xmas or the next couple weeks..

The truth is that they need to completely overhaul their shard system. There are too many characters for the system to make sense. Even on 10× chances. Normal players even low spenders like me that barely spends $20 bucks a month have a hard time getting the characters needed to deal with most content. So I have to get ridiculously creative and I'm still consuming tons of time to play. They also need to overhaul the drop system for it to not be so inconsistent. On the 2× event for Savage (as an example) I spent 3000 energy and got 3 pieces of useful Savage gear at tier 6. That is absolutely ridiculous.
Then you have content like this. Which obviously they made it so insane with very specific criteria required. Likely why Tatura Rimehide is such a necessary fusion for everyone. Unless you have Duchess or Recter Drath. I don't have either. So Tatura is a must for me. I also barely have HP Burn characters. I'm struggling to get any to pop. I have Yoshi and Drexthar and I have Achak. But I need a good AoE HP Burn to make Spider runs significantly better. There are many places that need tuning. But much of it makes them less money to do so.
Someone did the statistics for pulling a 10x champ on a 10x and it was extremely very minimal odds even if you get an epic/leggo to pop from a shard
Difficulty wise I think it's great, you can still get the medusa champ from normal and normal you can use basically an all epic team

You nailed one huge thing at the moment the rewards are all aright but could be better. like another person said more time in game they need to improve this. Thank for continuing to work on this mode.
budget ish maybe somthing like tatura royal guard royal guard reset champ brogni and madame/uugo/rian. Brogni and tatura are champs many people will have , you could build teams around them, that are budget ish. Or have you tried this already?
i feel like Hydra is ok where it is, especially since ur getting gear that can make ur buffs not removable. that gear will change the pvp meta once ppl get they hands on that gear. Im sure they will nerf some things over time but yeah it should be a challenge.
I know where you are going with your thought process and I agree that many people are struggling with the content; however, as a 2yr F2P, I was able to 2 key Hard and 1 key Normal without Shamael.
Is it easy? No... but it is absolutely doable. Anybody that has Drex and Ninja can 1 key Normal with modest support... I used them for my main Hard team (12M).
I won't lie - my third team needs lots of work; but I hate Seer and Unkillable comps because of the lack of challenge they bring to the game.
I want the game to have content I can't beat. Where is the fun in completing the end game within days of release? Doesn't that mean the content wasn't hard enough?
I would like for the Hex Champs to be viable. Seems like there is some kind of disconnect between the people who created the Hydra and the people who create the champions. I'm still not sure how hex works?

I think their hydra division is an entire different group of people. Thats why the updates are on an entirely different time schedule than normal updates. It should be very easy to combine the 2 unless they are separate divisions. They may have outsourced to help “speed things up” because of all of the complaints about lack of content, for end game players, and that “hydra is never coming” line we heard over and over again (even making its way into the raidzilla song).

I haven't really watched a whole lot of hydra videos. Haven't bothered with it yet... 100+ turns manually doesn't appeal to me personally. Not with 3 kids running around the house...
Only thing I've really taken away from videos on hydra is you cant auto it and get a decent score, and if you manual it it takes forever.
Alos heard the first champ to be eaten by the hydra is the one on the team with the most crit damage

Appreciate the points and agree for the most part but I honestly think that they have simply created this content to encourage whaling. The mere fact that they lock out your champions meaning you need at least 18 champions to use all three keys built and geared is funny to me. Furthermore, when you consider the number of mechanics the boss requires where you are required to invest in champions with specific skill sets that are rare to obtain (Perfect Veil, Hex; buff strips/block buffs and cleanse) I honestly consider this boss a joke. It is supposedly the most challenging content in the game, well the only real challenge I see is getting lucky pulling shards and getting duplicates of the right champions. Very challenging Plarium, lmao
i agree with your overall opinion. it doesn't thrill me and i find the head sot be a bit too OP to really be enjoyable. additionally, shards or books would make me more eager to make an effort. i'm probably a mid-late game player.

i like the Hydra boss it just thars to many thing stoping most player from have fun. the fear that only a hand full of guys can deal with and a buff stealer you cant hit with out a hex guy is to much. maybe if you can use your team 3 time it be ok to many thing stoping this from being fun.
Oh and don't forget the random debuff cleanser who can make the hex debuffer completely irrelevant if timed badly.

My clan is not doing hydra already 30 keys used out of 90 this week most players struggled with it first week and the problem it is to random you need to reset few times in each key depending on heads to get and rewards are not good I got no good gear last week with 2 chests in first 2 levels
Plarium should bring back the deterrence/Shamael nerf. Then rotate out the Torment head for two rotations. That would keep the players engaged and give them the ability to compete. Having to make three separate teams and being unable to reuse champs makes this boss beyond end game for a lot of players. The cost to remaster and regear gems weekly is a big turnoff for all but the most avid Raider. My $0.02

I love your ideas and I hope that they will use some of them. I'm ftp and I am the only one in my clan that get the highest chest on normal. Infact only maybe 3 or 4 of us can even get a chest at all.

5th royal guard.....nice. also 4-6 shards per month. Means for an avarge player it takes more then 2 years to get the champ. How many non content creators are willing to wait 2 years for a champ.
I agree with all your points. We waited for a Hydra Clan boss for sooooo long and it just turned out to be boring and grinding.
And if Tatura creates a niche for the hydra that is similar to Shamael in the sense that it out powers the Hydra they will immediately nerf Tatura.
How can Mischief steal your buffs even when you stack Resist? I'm using Vergis to buff a high resist champ, and his buffs still get stolen. Does resist not matter for that skill?

I think Hydra is not so fun for average player because so many heads doing so many things that after certain turns players lost track of things and then there is no plan of action ,its just try to hit hydra as more as possible.
Plarium trying to make hydra unbeatable for whales and other end game player but in reality the end product is at mercy of cheese.

Dood, I'm not a casual player. 2 yr end game, I play every day, never miss 4 keys, never miss a daily quest. DT hard complete every cycle. This content sucks for ppl without incredible rosters. My 9mil pp account is missing significant gaps to make 3 powerful teams. I have 1 RG, I have 1 Shamael but I have tons of lego triple dupes. I also don't want to manual these fights. It's freaking boring... and I love 3v3 arena so I'm obviously broken enough to know what I like and play when it's worth the rewards.
Like you said, there are a ton of reasonable tweaks they can make. Most important are means to speed tune and ways to control the RNG aspect. Give us a way to claim our time back like we do as we get better in normal CB. Steal buffs on the A1 is freaking brutal. Cleanse should be every 8 turns. Let us use and enjoy our champs. A good game mode is challenging, but not just frustrating. Rewards and adjustments could get it there but right now I'm feeling like this is the end...
keep up the good work , im not a big spender in the game i dont have alot of top tier champs and i tell you i can do normal hydra cb 1 key , and i dont have the champs to do amother 2 teams to mby do hard hydra cb , i would love to do more but just cant its not accesible to me i guess . Dude Hydra is not for everyone they disigned like that you need to have 18 champions at least to be max and that car work with it, the gear is insane so Hydra was made for high spend or long time playing people is not for everyone and that is ok is a very very long term goal.
Yeah the idea is that maybe 1k people care about it. Not enough people to do it, so that will look very bad in their books. 2x clans that cleared them all in first week in the entire game haha
@@SkratchPlays yeah I've playing for about 100 days spending in the game at least 100 a week and I don't have enough to do 2 keys because I might have the champions but I might not have them build or enough gear.

The heads are overtuned... i agree with the opinion they should rework normal and hard for example!
The next problem with this mod is that you need 18 champs builded basically for hydra only...
My normal cb champs dont work i there cause of how they are build ...
Wich avverage player wants to build 18 champs for content where the rewards do not benefit him ?
When I think about the hydra, I know it is built for the end game players. I accept that. Nightmare hydra should be harder than floor 120 hard doom tower. Trying to make this content budget this early is foolish. When I think about my account, that doesnt have visix yet, I still can 1 key normal and probably 3 key hard. So, if this content isn't the most difficult aspect of the game, for pve in particular, I would be disappointed.
I find Hydra a complete joke, not got the team to make it worthwhile
I’m late game and I can not 1 key normal hydra. Not sure I can 3 key hard hydra. I lack masteries and items so I sort of agree with Scratch, late game should 1 key hydra normal… yes yes I know guides are out with rares etc but you still also need to grind other areas so hard to have enough champs maxed.
Late game means having Lydia and beating doomtower hard . If you are able to do that you certainly can 1 key normal . I haven't done a single fw 21 and I can do 7.5 mill on normal hydra
This is how Plarium react to the complaint of dupes. Now people just curse themselves that they don't have enough dupes. XDDD
It's just tedious and the rewards are unimpressive for people on progression. I'll try and get a chest for the fragments but DT/FW is far more compelling
I think the rewards are ok, given how strong the void Lego is. However the difficulty / RNG is not ok...I'm endgame and want a challenge but this is just tedious and not fun. Plarium need to either remove the many many RNG elements, different heads growing back, buff stealing randomly etc or reduce the difficulty such as reduced Res required or increase their cooldowns. I agree veil is so dumb in hydra...you have to have it but doesn't work?! I can only speak from seeing my clan and half my clan mates don't even use 1 key a week. It's such a timesink...I don't mind manualling 3 keys a week, what I do mind is having to back out 100 times per key because of the million levels of RNG! Plarium take note, people are not enjoying this and something (not everything) has got to change
For me personally the rewards are amazing, since u get tons of gear! I prefer good gear over shards but seems like 99% of the people dont wanna bother for them. weird hehe

@@SkratchPlays For endgame players like you, sure the 6 star items are great, but for those like me who can't access even the normal chests it becomes a chicken and egg situation: you need the rewards to beat the content.
What Plarium could do is maybe put some of those rewards in CB so that gradually you get the gear to help beat Hydra.
I disagree here Skratch. my first point is the fact your champions get locked out. not everyone has the needed champs, not even mentionings 2+ copies of them. Usually idc if i build multiple copies of one champ but not if they are legos since books are something mythical u only hear stories about.The whole boss is not a challenge since its an pure rng fest nothing else...

Hydra is way too overtuned. Unless you have a handful of certain champs you don’t really stand a chance. I even tried the Shamael cheese and without the right setup it doesn’t work. You just get eaten
Soon we gonna loose the Dopamine for the Clann boss also, they are nerfing the rewards chance...

Rewards are not worth the trouble in my opinion. I have quite not bad roster, nothing crazy, but I can't make to the top chest with 3 keys on easy 🤣 kind of makes not cool, not worth therefore I kind of skipping it entirely
If the heads didn’t ignore perfect veil, building slow resist champs to draw aggro from head of mischief would be much harder.
Honestly I don’t mind the difficulty, it’s just the rewards that are complete trash. Stoneskin is insane, sure, but that doesn’t matter for people who are bottlenecked by shards, which is most people.
But EASILY the problem is that this ANOTHER piece of content which is UNBELIEABLY time-consuming. Added during a stage where the biggest criticism og the game is that *it is too time-consuming.*

It's hard, the rewards suck, and it's an RNG fight. My guild hates this and I'm going to lose members forcing them to do it.
When the game's content only rewards the whales .... thats all that will be left playing the game
Rewards imo not that great and its too time consuming. On these type of games I prefer to start and forget. If I wanted to pay attention I would play FPS or MMO games
Frag champ is great - worth getting. But the lack of books/shards considering the difficulty of content and how difficult it is to build dedicated teams, is a big miss. Normal/Hard is way overtuned and the mechanics they have incorporated, and the champs who gatekeep this content are too much for 99% of the player base. Putting together a huge piece of content that a vast majority of players (even good players) cant participate in, seems like a waste. Get people involved by making normal/hard playable, and build from there.

They really need to take you feedbacks and FIX this content to :
- make it HARD but ENJOYABLE still ;

For me hidra cb rewards are complete trash ,not worth it for me,silver cost for changing equip,and time spend for this is alot

Casual players dont do end game, they dont do it in other games. And they shouldnt get the rewards. Not everthing needs be casual or f2p friendly. Its ok to have hard content.
