I think her torso and therefore stomach with one of the body parts that was replaced with the shade so that's probably the case.
Yeah I guess having the shade in her helps her heal rapidly so it doesn't effect her

It might also help that she's a descendant of the Legion. People who wielded magic thanks to the giant queen's destruction in Drakengard 1.
