20:46 how do you calculate the code words without converting the G in systematic form.
k=2 so m = 00, 01, 10, 11 ..parity bits i could not figure out

It doesn't matter if RREF(G) is in systematic form or not; all code words in the code are all linear combinations of the rows in G.
