My Mama would do up a batch of blackberry jelly every year that would fill up a flat tire with happiness. Her jelly on your biscuits would be something that would let me die in peace. Ham, beans, corn, greens, cheesy biscuits and jelly... now that would make you forget a bad day in no time at all ! Great recipe !! I'm going to cook some up for Sunday dinner and tell everyone that shopdogsam made me do it.
