  • Heres an easy, fast, and affordable way to secure your foam tombstones so they don't blow away.

    Things you'll need:
    Foam tombstone
    Spray Foam (Home Depot or Lowes) I used Great Stuff
    1" PVC Piping
    3/4" Metal Conduit
    Sledge Hammer
    Something to cut your piping and conduit, I used a SawZall
    Black Spray Paint

    This happened to us last year. The flimsy plastic stakes it comes with were a joke and the one that blew away was never found 😳 Glad I found this tip!!

    Try using _rebar_ instead of metal conduit. It will go onto the ground easier and its super cheap

    Aren't those made of foam? Can't you just make a hole in the center and stick your pipe in that, then glue it?

      I thought about that but I would think that could be very messy and you would loss Integrity of the foam tombstone. Some of mine are very thin to being with. Hope this helps.

      Mine held up pretty well. Haven't had any issues yet, and they are still put
