I apologize for the confusion. I would love to get over to Palawan to take some macro photos and document some of the species there. We have a home in Batangas, 12km from Taal volcano. I am going to be putting up a video on my channel in a few days of some of my macro photos of the Philippines biodiversity. I watched your video on your diffuser a few weeks ago..and it brings to memory my time spent making DIY diffusers over the past 15 years, I have made more than my fair share of them, some worked😊...some didn't🤔. I do have a video on my channel for a free flash diffusion material that you may be interested in. It works well in my testing, you can see example photos in the video on my channel. Enjoy your videos, especially this style that you have here in this series.

Thank you so much Ditruter! 😀 All with the Laowa 65mm. Yes, the spider is more or less in focus. But she stays in place most of the time as well. I am on the ground and my camera is probably touching against something. have my fingers on my focus ring always trying to micro adjust. 😄 My problem was with the colours... My god! And, because of your question i figured out that I was in Kelvin 5500 for photo but in auto WB for videos! 🤓 So I fixed it. And since I was in the menus I also boosted my IS, and added the digital IS mode. Can't wait to try all that. Thanks for the comment! 👍
Still no rain in Puerto Princesa. But it's so hot, with some tick clouds here and there sometimes. Maybe I should sing. 🙄 So yeah... Sometimes like this morning I have a hard time finding something. Still better than winter in Europe though. 😁

Great pictures! What lens did you use for the final video with the spider? I think it is in focus and with Laowa lens it should be impossible!
