Can I use blending stump for alternate of brush?

You can but Blending stump can smudge the graphite use it with very light press. I use soft brush because it gives a smooth and realistic texture.

Bhai apki technique to samajh Mai aa gayi but mere pass mechanical pencil and blending brush nhi hai

You can use any pencils with sharp tip and for blending use soft tissue or your finger tip with gentle pressure
