Nice review. Covers my experience exactly. I am a novice/fitness user. I shopped around a bit and thought about paying more for a glove but these were easy to order (wraps and gloves, ready to go). They are very stiff at the fingers and I sense little feedback at the knuckles. I like the pop they make and I feel safe as I learn (support, low chance of injury). My kids like to put them on. Third use seemed a bit humid, wraps were moist, so they do run warm. I am happy with the Rb7 as a first purchase, entry into the sport.
I got a 12oz pair for $50 on Amazon around April, they’re cool gloves, they were tight af for me at first, then they started loosening up and they give my hands great protection, they lasted pretty well until around October, one of them has a hole in the thumb area but they lasted much longer than my previous boxing gloves.
Thanks for the review, I have these and they’re exactly as you describe lol. Can you do a review on the MK1 boxing gloves I’ve been seeing on IG, they look gorgeous, might be custom idk??
Hi Carlo. Any plans to review the RB60 2.0 for the same price (£49.99) marketed as a workout glove. It states on the website that multi-layered foam padding is used in the RB60 2.0 .
Been boxing for a few months, ready to start taking it seriously and train to get in the ring within the next year or so. For someone that has previously hand injuries, what bag gloves would you recommend and long term bag glove?
I have these gloves, I use them 2-3 times a week bag and pad work only. Had them just over a year and can feel about 50% of force when I through a jab. Is this normal or time for new pair?
@@lance-biggums padding don’t feel as tight as when i first got them, but can definitely feel it in my knuckles. My friend has the rival rs2v sparring gloves and I can’t feel a thing in them but my ones I just feel I can feel every punch on the bag or pads too much
Name the brands bro. In a beginner and really trying to find a pair of gloves that’ll be good for hitting a cheap heavy bag, aqua bag & double end ball. I may get a cheap lower weighted glove for double end ball and mitts and maybe technique work on the bag but if you know any good brand for well cushioned gloves around 50$ let me know
Hey man. What's the smallest 16oz glove you've found? My son is 12 and he needs 16oz gloves for sparring but everything is so big. Looking for the most compact size really.
YESS BEEN WAITING A REVIEW ON THOSE GLOVES

I like the color scheme. Nice review! Btw, who do you think will win tonight, Pacquiao or Ugas? 👀
Thanks man, Pacquiao is a legend but Father Time is calling
RDX Amazon EGO are so underrated. £34 and perfect for sparing, hand protection, wrist support and hitting the heavy bag.
👍🏼🥊
You shouldn't spar and hit the bag in the same pair of gloves, any decent gym wouldn't and shouldn't allow it.
Spar 16oz bag 14oz is what I use, sparring should always be 16oz at least most gyms won’t let you spar 14oz

I love them! Fitting my hands perfect. Much better than the Venums referring to comfort. Sorry, Carlo!
All good!

Everlast PowerLock 2 or Rival Fitness Plus Bag Gloves ??? (Please reply I will buy a glove)
Powerlock
Can you do an update review on the sabas pro series plus?Nice video btw👍
Will do
For a 125lb and 5'6 what oz gloves should I use I'm currently using 14 oz
For sparring check out phantoM el cucoy gloves for bag and training check out some venums
Everlast powerlock pro for life. 14 oz for a snug fit but 16s are the perfect amount of padding and they are well balance and always on weight.
Am a heavyweight and when spar people your weight I use 16 oz while they use 12oz since there lighter

Are some Rival goods made in China? Thanks

Do you feel like the padding has deteriorated over time? Do you feel it in your knuckles more than when you started?

16oz is a size pretty much. its just so you dont hurt your sparring partner.
@@zero_earth no he clearly means hand compartment size which varies from glove to glove regardless of oz.
Can you use these for sparring as-well as bag/mitt work?
Only for bag and mitts
Venum 3.0 challenger or these?
