Earlier this year I got to ride my dream bike, the Ducati 1299 Panigale S Anniversario. One of the special things that 5Up (the owner of that bike) had done though, was a new seat cover from Luimoto. And good lord, that was the nicest sportbike seat I'd ever seen. I knew I had to get one for one of my own bikes. Well, here it is! Yama Fanboy You can actually buy the gel from them and you cut it to the shape of your seat and then, trace it on your foam and cut it out and place the gel in that spot then put the cover on

I cant really recommend it. It did make it better but after a little while I still get uncomfortable. I paid 160 for it and I cant say I'm impressed. My ass still hurts when I get off everytime.
already got a LuiMoto cover on my FZ-09 really ties in the colors on the bike and i love it.

Looks very nice. I swapped the seat out on my Vulcan for a mustang seat with the backrest. I'll keep this company in mind though. I'm thinking about getting a R1 next summer

They even make for the CB series which I own and its a pain in the ass to find any aftermarket parts for because noone else owns one. Im going to buy one of these when I can.

Did this cover (layered over the stock one) make it any harder to get at the bolts that secure the front seat to the chassis?
What kind of staple gun works? I used tacks which was kind of amateur. My seat was slippery with jeans and great with Aerostitch pants. Seat looks fan-tastic! I wish I lived closer. Replaced my CB500F with a TMAX 500 so let's see how that pans out. Gotta do some bicycle pacing so the T will be good for that, and fun in general.

Just wondering if you went through all that trouble why not put the gel insert in as well. I did mine last summer it came out soo beautiful and the gel makes hour long rides feel so good.

I thought this video was going to be about Corbin Seats. But that Luimoto cover looks great too. If they are also a U.S. company, I will support Luimoto too.
I think I'll use & recommend Corbin for big seat changes, like not just the surface, but the shape & height.
And if a seat is already great, and I just want to change the look & feel of the outer surface, then maybe I'll go to & recommend Luimoto.

The only thing I'm frequently changing on a bike, are the wheels/tire sets, like if there's snow, or I'm going offroad. Or road racing like tires, if the roads are going to be dry. Swapping wheels is faster then changing tires on the same wheels.
I would rather have a durable seat, and Photochromatic Visor. The Transitions Lens like Visor.
this is what i thought, look super tight but it rains like 5 times a week here. those sweet sweet suede wont last a month in my country
It's synthetic suede (alcantara), should be OK in rain. Though I don't know how much grip you will have once, it's wet.

YoMommaStank it’s for racing. If you come near another motorcycle on a track they can touch your levers and either push your clutch or the brake. Having those levers on there prevents this.
