Finally someone explain there’s no bidding, because it says “offer”, ppl say “I submitted an “OFFER”, to me that means I offered a different price to do the gig, anyway thank you for clarifying there’s no bidding. I went through like 2 hours of videos and surfing the web. Your video the only one to explain.
Need your help girl...once you get accepted next step is to start your gig...??? right......so once you start your gig does the map navigation start automatifcally or you have to start Google maps...this is where i get lost....???? Please help....
When you go to pickup make sure to ASK FOR MANAGER. Most employees are clueless about Roadie and will screw up your order. Or the customer cancels after you drive to pickup... Gas us xpensive .
I have a bizarre question. How many orders are placed for expensive electronics where the order was made in fraud and picked up by a "Roadie" who just might be the one detained if the order was considered suspicious? I worked Loss Prevention for 13 years, way before Uber, Lyft or any other rideshare gig was conceived. At the tail end of my career, we had a suspicious order that was placed for several notebook computers. A red flag. To pick up the order, the customer has to go to a pickup location where vehicle information is captured on CCTV, so if something was a fraud, there is a half a chance to investigate it. The order in question was flagged and when the vehicle came through to pick up, the driver was detained because it was verified a fraud. The driver, who had someone in the back seat, was an innocent Uber driver. The passenger was the "Customer" and was arrested for attempted fraud. The reason why that worked is the person had to come to our location to pick up the merchandise. This system seems like the customer is anonymous and with contact less deliveries, when it's later determined to be a fraud, but the store gave it to us, could we be liable? Delivering food is one thing, but delivering huge high def televisions, that just seems scary considering what I've already seen.
I signed up for this app a week ago and they say that I'm on a waiting list I can't do anything else but just wait does anybody have any more information how long that will take thanks
Great video. When I tried to download the app it said that it's not compatible with my Android phone. I can't find any information about what kind of phone it would be compatible with.
Greetings friend, a question from the roadie driver app, let's say I am on my way to look for an order because I receive offers while I am on my way to look for the order, I can accept the offers that appear or I can not. Thanks
Is it available in all states? I live in Cali and wasn't sure if your app stated that they don't do business in California as I looked at your video. Thanks for the update!
Obviously you live in California. All the smart people left that State many years ago. The app is going to show you gigs in your region. California is too far away for the app to show offers. If you live in Texas why would you care about gigs in California? Common sense and logic you lack, but it's okay as you are a Californian.
@@lindytv3075 If you hit the notifications only when app is in use, you will not be able to submit offers! Notifications has to be on all the time! That's how I got mine to work!
you have to go in and pick the item up, show the app, take a photo and then start your delivery... the best places to start are home depots and tractor supplies if you have them in your area
That is the point of the app. They only want people to do deliveries that are already going that way. This business model is dumb though as they would need like 20% of every person in America to download and use the app frequently to have this business model work properly. Roadie will be bought out by DoorDash or some other app soon or go bankrupt in a few years. Which ever comes first.
Good day everyone. The Gigsupport are now permanently active to help reactivate your account, waitlist or background check approval etc. Good luck everyone. Just got approved on the waitlist by the Gigsupport.

The only time Roadie is worth it is when you happen to be going in the direction of the gig/delivery.
How so

That's way too much work for 8 dollars
Should let folks know that while they’re currently running a gig that it is possible to.......
??
