Beverly Ritter Wrong. He had 12.7% 3+ more regions which Spain, Eastern Europe and the Middle East was highlighted. So it was probably mostly Eastern European and Spanish since Europeans are mixed with themselves with just a few percent Middle East present. Not 12% North African and Middle Eastern.
Roble Yusuf Yes, but North African DNA in Spain averages 5% and in Portugal it averages 7%. The Middle Eastern ancestry averages 3% in Spain and 5% in Portugal. Combined average MENA (Middle East North Africa) in Spaniards is around 8% and 12% in Portuguese. Spaniards on average are 92% European and Portuguese 88% European. But nearly all people in the world have admixture of some sort in at least some percentage. Southern Europeans have a small amount of MENA admixture, but Northern Europeans have a small amount of ancient Siberian admixture. All people have some kind of admixture. Middle Easterners average from 3% to 16% Sub-Saharan African admixture, but are still 84%-97% Caucasoid. Here, let me show you an admixture chart for some world populations: 1.bp.blogspot.com/-Oa3bBts6e3M/Ur6VH_81tpI/AAAAAAAAAUI/JGoPs1UmWyA/s1600/Lazaridis2014_EDF3_K6.png
I believe the "one drop rule" has been abolished in all states by now. Really just bc someone has an indigenous Native American, African or whatever ancestor does not mean they are Native American, African or other ethnicity. It just means they had an ancestor that was & they received some of their DNA in some way. What ancestry a person is 'mostly' is mostly what they are. Going back 500 yrs or more, all these ppls mixed bc of ppl migrating to better climates & more fertile land.
I believe that has been abolished. PPL are mostly whatever the majority of their ancestry is. Just bc your gtgtgtgrandfather was a Cherokee Native American does not mean you are a Cherokee Indian. Just means you had a Cherokee ancestor. Possible you did not receive any of his DNA.
We don't inherit all our ancestors DNA. Our DNA contains a record of our ancestors but the mix of DNA we inherit is unique to each of us. We receive 50% of our DNA from each parent, who received 50% of theirs from each parent, & so on...The amount of DNA we receive from a particular ancestor decreases over generations. Go back far enough, there's a chance you inherited no DNA from a particular ancestor. Genetic inheritance is random & siblings inherit different DNA.
Balkan is Not Prussia. Prussia was partly Poland and Lithuania and some other regions at the Baltic Sea belonged to Prussia - one of the German “kingdoms”. Balkan is South Europe

The NWO Globalist Elite want & plan to usurp our Constitutional Republic bc the old wealthy ruling families of the past feel they have a 'right' to rule the world. Neither of which are unique or exclusive to Europeans. I am sure you have seen the pictures of blond pygmies in Africa and blond Aboriginals, Fair skin is found all over Asia. No need to have European ancestry for either
Syrians are blond too 😭😭. Blond hair and light eyes are not exclusive to Europe and those traits certainly didn't originate there and are not unique to Europeans! There are aboriginal people who have blond hair, it's a different type of mutation than the one from Caucasians, there are Asians with blond hair and light eyes too. Again not related to Caucasians at all.

bill mill But, in the west of Ireland, where there were no Viking settlements, the population has darker hair. The dark hair makes the blue eyes very striking, an attractive look. Is red hair prominent in Wales?
I have taken another dna test and was and wasn't surprised. My grandmother came to US in 1908 from Denmark. I just ordered this test, maybe I can find something out about her dad. Fingers crossed. I know these tests do point you in direction of family members since I do genealogy. Plus had a sister and brother do the test, reason, just because you are sister and brother your dna will match enough to know you are siblings, but each one of us may show additional heritage, in my case I showed no jewish blood, but it showed my sister's and brother's test. Plus we can't find out where a line of family came from they just show up in Virginia in the 1700's, folklore says from the Mediterranean, which might be since all our dna shows the caucaus region......never do dna or genealogy unless you are ready for surprises.........
I read where this lady said her niece & her husband were both Geneticists & they said these commercial DNA tests are not accurate. There is a Commercial Lab called CRIGenetics started by some Geneticists. Only Geneticists work in their labs.

I have student friends from Saudi, Syria and Lebanon and they have lighter skin than Ainsley and Brian. They look indistinguishable from the average brunette European. The Caucasoid race first evolved in the the Middle East( Eastern Mediterranean). The earliest civilisation in the world being Sumerian who invented the wheel. @guleet Yes, i have met many personally. Many Gulf Arabs have fair skin. I've even met Gulf Arabs with light brown hair and blue eyes. Don't forget many Gulf Arabs came from the Mediterranean as nomadic tribes centuries ago. I would say most full blooded Arabs just look like Greek or Italian people. The majority are dark haired though. I have also met black Arabs that look like Somalia or Sudanese students.
@@davidwinner6926 Some folks could use a history lesson. Arabs expanded into the middle east from the east not the west. Many Greeks and Italians are dark because of the Arab expansion into their lands not the other way around. For centuries, Vikings kidnapped and sold Slavic women as concubines and sex slaves to the Arab upper classes in the Middle east. As the Islamic empires expanded into the Balkans, the demand for Slavic women for harems became so great that it is reported that whole villages were left bereft women of child bearing age. This influx of Slavic genes is now dominant in the Gulf upper and middle classes. however the majority of the gulf peasantry does not share these traits. They have maintained their Bedouin features, hair textures and dark completions.
I highly doubt his swedish immigrant ancestors were illiterate in 1910's. A 7 year long mandatory education became the norm in Norway from the 1890's and I can guarantee that the same was true for Sweden. Even before that, most people recieved some sort of education in reading along with their Christian confirmation education. The immigrant officials who recieved them on Ellis Island back in the time were known to anglicize their names because they were foreign and difficult though, and that's likely the explanation for the difference in spelling.
Still most immigrants in the 1910 could only write their names. Even if his Swedish ancestors had been educated in Sweden, it does not mean they were literate in English. They may at best known how to write only a few English words or not been able to read more than a simple memorized phrase in English. This would make them functionally illiterate in the united states.
So two of those host families, arrived in the U.S. in the early 1900's, immigrants, Ha! .08% Sierra Leone DNA? the British took/resettle X-slaves from the U'S. to Sierra Leone & the U.S. to Liberia , that's one problem that I have about people who say that their DNA is from those two areas.
Yes but there was also a large native tribal African population living in the area when the British relocated its Diaspora Africans to the area. The Mehndi, the Tembi and the lemba. The lemba have Jewish DNA so that may be the origin of her middle eastern ancestry
Original or how it's now called 'old' Prussians were baltic people that were occupied and germanized in 13th century. They stopped speaking a baltic language around 17th century and started considering themselves germans. They were simply germanized baltic people like lithuanians and latvians. I don't know how they specify Irish in particular in the USA when geneticists in Europe say the Irish, Welsh and Scots are too genetically close to distinguish from each other.
My AncestryDNA didn’t distinguish between them until about two or three months ago. 25% English, 19% Scot, 14% Welsh and 6% Irish. The rest of me is 32% Scandinavian with 4% German.

Here's what probably happened: by the time of the Crusades, the Arabs have had an extensive trade network throughout North Africa. It's possible that a trader took an African, brought him or her back to the Middle East, and intermingled with him or her. They had kids. Then the Crusades happened, and one of the Crusaders took a wife from that region, and brought her back to Europe. Successive generations later, and you have Ainsley Earhardt.
Here's what probably happened, Some slave owner in South Carolina raped a mixed race enslaved woman from Virginia or Louisiana and produced a child light enough to pass for white. When that child became older they either ran away and went somewhere and lived as a white person or slavery ended and they went away and lived as a white person and successive generations later you have Ainsley

I'm enjoying meeting relatives, and tracing my family back to the 1600's in Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, etc. I found that Patrick Henry and Martha Washington (George's wife, Martha Daindrige Custis) is in my family tree - just not a direct ancestor. It's well worth the money spent!
itsameAlex, I would think it would list Greek as "Greek" - not lumped in with "Italian". I also don't think it is included with the term "Balkan". It's interesting! (I will be contacting MyHeritage.com about that.) The inclusion of Balkan in my DNA test was a surprise, since almost all of my family has come to the U.S. in the 1609 to 1799 time frame.
Michael Nikprelaj, No, it only gives "Balkan". I would be interested in knowing more specifically which it is, whether it be Albanian, Serbian, Bosnian, etc.)! :-) I'm going to ask if there would be any way of knowing.
I have Powhatan (Pocahontas) and Moytoy , coming up ,in numerous DNA matches, I have 0.235% American Indian the 0.235% would reflect the fact she was born 1595, then married Rolfe and moved to England> so if its 350-400 years back the DNA will be extremely low ! I suggest joining the FTDNA Am Indian groups , or Somerset dna group I found out by accidently joining what I thought was the Somerset England DNA group ! but it was the American Somerset ! they sent me an analysis saying I had 0.235% American Indian ! and through the SUrnames matching on dna matches I'v since seen the Pattern of Powhatan , Rolfe, Poythress (Pocahontas's granddaughter) MoyToy (Am Ind. Royal family) etc. still not 100% sure of lines but have recently discovered MANY Mayflower ancestors so might be there , anyway it connects with Somerset / Devon ancestors

short chubby neckbeard yes the black guy wouldn’t be surprised at all..most African Americans have white in us.
A large percentage of persons of African decent have European, middle Eastern ancestry etc. West Indians, Caribbeans, African Americans due to the slave trade. Nothing would be shocking about learning that truth as a black person. The shock would be a white person learning they have more black lineage than they thought.. Like "blond hair" lady learning she has Sierra Leone (West African) tucked neatly away in her lineaage...ROFL
Not really
Why did they not expand on the 12% other things for the guy with the dark hair. I found that strange?

Lazy Momma She was just joking. Relax
As the French sociologist Emmanuel Todd wrote in his book "The destiny of immigrants", immigrants in the U.S. are just assimilated by the "Anglo" majority becoming "Anglos" same way as immigrants from all the Worl become "Hispanic" in Argentina or "Luso" in Brazil.
Nonsense.

@@IslenoGutierrez Even there is a middleast and north african dna in the Iberian peninsula especially Southern Spain(Andalusia) and Portugal.
Ainsley is Black according to the so-called "One Drop Rule", right?
so Queen Elizabeth ll
Possible you did not receive any of his DNA.
what are you talking about... dna is always passed on by ancestors 50/50 .. you will always have cherokee dna if one of your ancestors did...
I took a My Heritage DNA test and I found a half sister and through her I met my biological father. I am 49 years old and just met my dad.

Never reporting the good things such as economic growth, taxes lowered, Trump looking out for our American economy. The Left mainstream Media is only dedicated to falsifying the Trump Administration bc they are "Globalists." The NWO Globalist Elite want & plan to usurp our Constitutional Republic bc the old wealthy ruling families of the past feel they have a 'right' to rule the world. Most of the "Elite" are Luciferians & believe they are descended from him. These ppl are spoken of in Revelation in Scripture where it speaks of a "One World Government & a "One World Religion." Syrians are blond too 😭😭.
Blond hair and light eyes are not exclusive to Europe and those traits certainly didn't originate there and are not unique to Europeans! There are aboriginal people who have blond hair, it's a different type of mutation than the one from Caucasians, there are Asians with blond hair and light eyes too.

Ok I am about to do my DNA
I have student friends from Saudi, Syria and Lebanon and they have lighter skin than Ainsley and Brian. They look indistinguishable from the average brunette European. The Caucasoid race first evolved in the the Middle East( Eastern Mediterranean). The earliest civilisation in the world being Sumerian who invented the wheel. As a northern European I wouldn't have any concerns about having middle Eastern DNA. Only islamophobes hate them and try to make them non Caucasoid. Its sad that people are so misinformed and ignorant.
No, the M.E were dark skinned, mingled with the Greeks and other European lands, and Romans to give them fair skin.
They used to be civilised in pre Islamic times. Now, they are barbarians
It's not a question of race but of religion
they are all mixed

Iberians. Moors and Africans lived and ruled kingdoms in Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
I was really hoping one of them had middle eastern roots to see their reaction
