    Thanks for all your help! If anybody can answer this question. I want to use the premium version for my personal projects- I am part of the team that has it- but I can’t figure out how.

    I've been using Asana for some time now and only now was made aware of your youtube channel. I love the "today", "upcoming" and "later" sections; however, when I first began using Asana, I deleted these sections ... for what reason now, I don't remember, but now I wish I would have never deleted them and am trying to insert these sections back in to my tasks list but I can't seem to make it work right or at least the way you demonstrated in this video. Any suggestions you can offer are definitely welcome.

      It seems like you simply need to assign a task to "today", "upcoming" and "later" to populate those sections. Check carefully from 9:19 min in the video. He assigned the tasks by clicking the blue dot on the right-hand-side and picking one of the three available options (today / upcoming / later) and the sections you mentioned populated.
      (I just tried it on a blank board -- with none of these sections available, created a task, clicked the blue dot on the right hand side and the section I click came up.)

    Hey Paul this was really well done! I just have a question in how to re-archive a project?... for example after i archived a project and then hit "show hidden projects" it seems like i can't make it hide again. The project stays visible...

    Great video and very helpful.
    When I try and create a Heading and put the : at the end it does not create a heading by making the Text Bold and a Line underneath. Am I doing something wrong or is this no longer a feature in Asana.
    I am working on a Personal Account using a Workspace only at this stage.

      Hi Andrew, ah this is the old way of doing it (this video was made quite a while ago now). Now you need to click + New Task and then choose section from the top of the project.

    why when changing a date on a task in My Tasks > Today does it not move to Upcoming or Later?

    Are you going to update this video now that Asana has enabled you switching between 'Lists' & 'Boards'? ... because this changes the dynamics of this video

      RUclips doesn't make it easy to update old videos. You basically have to remove them and people may still find this useful so I'd prefer to leave it up. But have a look at my more recent videos to see how I'm using Asana 😀

    I used the tab for Messages. Is that the same as Conversations? Where can I view the message that I sent? I can't seem to view it under messages, unless it only appears when the receiver reads it?

      Yes, Conversations it's now called Messages.

    If you have multiple tasks across projects and want to create a summary board just for you can this be done? So for example, I have multiple projects (which are set up separately, each has tasks and different people involved in the project. I want to manage all my PM stuff across all my projects in my own space plus other administrative tasks. I use my calendar to try and do that but I think it would be so much easier right here in Asana. Is this possible?

    • @minor-co
      @minor-co  4 года назад

      Yes that would be possible. You can index the tasks into one master project and you'd probably want to make it private so only you can see it as well.

    On RUclips just project examples of to-do list or slightly bigger. No examples of a project that burns a million euro in 3 months. Would be helpful to have examples of big projects on RUclips
