Robot means weak to lightning so bring your strongest lightning spells buffed up with Magic Focus, MP absorb and HP absorb. Your party is limited to Tifa, Yuffie and Aerith which is good because all do massive damage and bad because they can all go down pretty quickly. So watch out for the AOE attacks and beams coming out of it and use Tifa to stagger it. Do note that when it is using the gauntlets its immune to magic damage so just use your regular attacks to take down it's health and build stagger.
