Goh Chok Tong is the first Singapore Prime Minister educated in the US, he obtained his Master of Arts degree at Williams College. Also, GCT came from a humble family background, not only LW, though some quarters have claimed LW is the first PM coming from the ground up.

TikTok and Shein are examples. Circumventing US AI chip restrictions is another example.
