It reminded me of driftwood washing ashore on a stoned beach. It does well to try a sample of this. I tried it at Nordstroms and it was okay, but when I finally left the fragrance area and went outside it was amazing. i guessed the other smells had threw me off. Definitely will get a flacon.
I tried it on today, and I really enjoy when it dries down! I liked Aqva Marine, but I find this to be more authentic. I see a full bottle in my future!

I really enjoy it as well, and contrary to other reviews I do pick up the Oud for sure.. its exactly as you described it Dave, it has that realistic seashore aquatic vibe going for it with the added spices and oud to give it an edge. Very nice indeed!

I love this scent, got a sample only yesterday. Yet to test it extensively outside, but loving it at home & lasts+projects excellently, can't get enough of that unique salty ocean smell
it's really good!
To me its like walking on the beach shore line then sitting by a camp fire. My first wear was in a light rain ... beautiful! Oud Wood Intense coming soon.

This smells very much like Sel Marin by Heeley. I like it quite a bit.

Hey Dave if you you had to choose between Our Minerale and Bvlgari Avqa which would you choose?
Hmmm tough question. They are both great. I think personally I would probably do Bulgari Aqua just because I could use it more than Oud Minerale, but they're both worth owning, I think.
Unbelievable. I am getting an Invictus Aqua vibe. Really! The Marine notes, Pink Pepper and Oud. I had both on each arm the other day and noticed a similarity. Aqua is brighter, Minerale is more dense. Not kidding....
I tried this a month ago. On me, the aquatic notes lasted a few minutes before a burning oud scent kicks in which remains until the scent disappears. Projected only 30 mins on me and lasted 3 hours.

Would you consider reviewing oud wood intense it's tom fords brand new fragrance it's not out in stores yet but I think you can get samples online. Would love your opinion!
I am addicted to this scent it is the most unusual fragrance on the market a step beyond all my other beloved aquatics (AQUA di GIO & BVLGARI) I get SO many compliments when I where this JIM from MIAMI BEACH

I think Bvlgari Aqua is more nuanced and unique interesting as well as more refreshing and complete + congruent. To me it almost feels like Oud minerale is the designer type scent and Bvlgari Aqua is the niche one

This might be my 5th Tom Ford
For such a unique scent. Which took me a few wears to really really love it , I found it odd I got so many compliments on this one. I'm guessing in the air it smells even better. Very unique and classy. Love it.

this has become my signature scent I love aquatics though this one is totally unique I was sold at sea notes seasalt seaweed oud & pink pepper wow I love the contrasting elements I get a ton of compliments I get great performance perfect for where I live JIM from MIAMI BEACH ps - EVERY STORM A SERENADE is almost a duplicate I need to push it with MOLECULE #01 to get it to last
Question, how well would it fair with Molecule02 since Oud Minerale has ambergris note in it?
I think there are some similarities between this and Figment Man.

¿Oud? ¿Where? I think there's a huge confusion about *agarwood vs oud* . Oud Wood has agarwood, but the marketing (wich is bullshit) says: "oud".
One thing is the tree (agarwood) and another completely different is the infection (oud).
To me this smells nothing like Every Storm a Serenade. If you want to smell something identical to the Imaginary Author, smell Jo Malone Incense & Cedrat :)
I tried this at Nordstrom and found Oud Minerale to stink on my skin. Not a fan of this scent at all. 1/5 for me.
It smelled to me like burning rubber tire, it was repulsive. I'm really surprised that people like this, I guess I don't have a mature nose. I got a sample and tested it on my mom's hand, she was pissed lol
The first time I smelled it, i felt the same ... “god awful” .... but two months later I tried it again and was amazed at how it did not smell this nice to my nose the first time. I bought a full bottle

How intensive is the ambergris in Oud Minerale?
Well, it’s very salty and musky, but I don’t get a straight up ambergris smell-at least not according to memory. But it’s fantastic. LuckyScent sells samples. 🙂

I love it. Also check out Every Storm A Serenade by Imaginary Authors. Similar vibe. I wear ESAS more, though.
@@FragranceBros Got the samples. Oud Minerale is really intriguing with what it presents but I'm not sure would it perform well in harsh summer climates here in Croatia. Thats my main concern. On the other hand Costa Azzurra would perform like a mirac on those hot summer days and nights. I'm still on the lookout for a top niche summer frag.
