NO you're NOT supposed to keep more than one Artificer in the same enclosure!!! Artificers are known to be territorial, and would fare much better when housed with e. g. a Monk or a Rivulet. Weapons can be good enrichment for slugcats but you should avoid giving them to the more aggressive types.
I find that some monks may be more anxious than others. If you notice this behavior, pair that monk with a survivor. You will see happiness in both increase dramatically. The more outgoing and energetic monks are great buffers for artificers and hunters! All types of monks make good friends with any saint you might find as well. Treat your scugs with great care,
it can, actually! it's just not common it would press the inputs at the same time. i've had one do the explosive jump because it was eating food it liked and then jumped

Calm?... I spawned one after several attempts of trying to kill one of these, she rushed to spear and... Remained still. I tried to provoke her in someway, and nothing worked. I spawned monk just to see if anything changed, nothing, she sometimes walked to them and jumped a bit when I gave them both a fruits. I wanted to check something on a phone, so after, just for fun I holded down for sleep emote (with the help of mod), after some time passed, I noticed that arti was staring at me, crouching, almost too close to my sleeping slug, with a spear in her hand... Doing nothing, but staring. I spawned some fruits behind her, and while at the time some other slugs were running to feast on fruits - she didn't even flinch, when I gave her directly a fruit, she ate it, and remained still, gazing upon me. After some time she dropped hers spear and picked anything but spears, especially fruits, she loved them for some reason. Honestly, ai of this game amazes me sometimes. When one of the most violent ai, can have so much personality, that from violent it suddenly turns into calm and peaceful creature? It's things like these that make my experience with a game into something to remember and treasure. (You can actually see one of these in the vid on the far left of the screen, even when spear spawned - it remained still, not doing anything. Oh gosh also considering arti ai will stab slugpups too is awful. I also tested it, if you put a rock in their line of sight they'll beeline to it. Oddly enough, it knows how to use jellyfish as a weapon.
Hey, I recently got Rainworld because of this video and a few others. Curious how you managed to get that spawn menu to show up, and I also can’t find that map anywhere in the Arena map selection for Sandbox. I want to experiment with the Rainworld A.I., could you tell me how you did it?

You need the beastmaster mod, enable it in remix, reopen the game if it didn't already ask you to close it, and then in arena or anywhere, press b and click on what you want.
One time I spawned all the scug AIs in outskirts during one of my runs, Rivulet buried themself in a pipe and never came out, Spears continued to try climbing on a pole even when their head hit the ceiling, Artificer began hitting everyone with rocks, especially Saint, she would not even let them get up, Monk and Gourmand stole my pups and after Saint broke free from lapidation they stole the pup Monk stole from me and Arti moved on to pummel Hunter instead. Survivor just kinda stood there
Can you put the mods you used in the description? (Mainly just beastmaster, kill feed, and testing area, if you have a lot of mods.) Because i just got (stole via library sharing 😈) rain world and wanted to know what mod the arena was. I remembered seeing you answer a comment with my question when i saw this the first time a while ago. But coming back, i scrolled through a lot of comments asking what mods you were using (that weren't the one i was looking for) before finding the comment i remembered seeing. Just so your comment section doesn't get filled with the same question as much.
someone should make a mod to make it so they don't do that, cause I want to have a colony of all the scugs and currently if I try that, everyone will die when a spear is found

I tried to spawn ai slugcats and it worked and it was pretty fun but i tried it again and it lagged, part if the slugcat texture was missing, and there was no ai so it would just stand there. Idk if its a compatibility issue or not
id like to ask how can you "drag" a slucat with the cursor? is this some kind of mod or devtools? :o i havent been able to find information about this, although i have seen it from many creators 0:24

theres a lot of weird details like that, pups have a 100% chance to spawn in the rubicon for example - but its not possible through normal gameplay
I've noticed that for whatever reason Rivulet jumps a lot more than the others and Hunter seems to like laying on the ground a lot. I don't know why

it's a pc thing in sandbox! you can just pick the slugcat, or anything really, up with your curser by holding!
