Do you procrastinate on difficult things in your life? Procrastination can impact and hurt your life, relationships, and livelihood.
Mindfulness is key to overcoming procrastination. I became a mindful minimalist, to conquer my procrastination.
Procrastination almost ruined my marriage. We had to deal with our debt, and fast. Following the Dave Ramsey plan, we began to live minimally and mindfully. My husband and I incorporated mindful relationship skills to stop procrastinating. We adapted a minimal lifestyle and started living a mindfulness mindset. Living a minimalist lifestyle changed our lives.
Dealing with big life changes, debt, health issues, and bad relationships are all difficult issues to face. Overcoming procrastination isn't easy, but living minimally and mindfully can help.

I'm a relatively new subscriber and so have been enjoying your more recent content, which is fantastic! But then decided to watch some of your early content, which led me to this video from 3 years ago.
Listening to your story, told with such honesty and humility, I was transported back in time to a similar time when I too lived beyond my means.
Looking back on that time, it seemed to happen so slowly, almost covertly, until I eventually woke up to my new reality and had to ask myself "how did I get here into such a financial mess?!".
Recovery is never easy, but it starts with being honest with yourself. I too have now bounced back and found that living a simpler life is not only liberating but has released me to become the best version of me, free of (almost all!) worries.
