Use of torture invalidates a court's ruling of guilty of the alleged crime. A police state cannot function without terror and torture. Israel then in this Pollard- cited young man's case acted exactly like a police state. The Woke Far Left leaders governing Israel are the police state superimposed on a democractic state.
