- On this special episode of Seri Cooks, we are making Cambodian lemongrass beef sticks accompanied with pickled papaya. It’s definitely one of my favorite foods and I’m very excited to be sharing this recipe.
I’m joined by Lanica Angpak who is the founder of Cambodian American Girls Empowering. She also serves as a member of the PA Governor’s Advisory Commission on Asian Pacific American Affairs.
