Beautiful Touring, and I love that the original owner ordered the entire DINAN catalog for it. Sounds like something I would do. One of my favorite BMW’s I’ve owned was the E92 M3, and less than six months into ownership, I swapped the motor with the DINAN stroker engine from their E92 catalog. Did that when I was living in Dubai. Went with the whole package, including their suspension, brakes, wheels...DINAN made great components back then when Steve was around! Awesome video, Eric!
Great video and car! Thanks for continuing to post videos of your great cars. I still tell other car enthusiast friends that EAG is the best buying experience I’ve ever had and it’s not even close! Keep up the great work! Hope to buy again soon!
S3 is not stage 3, it is short for Signature 3 and they are epic. I have a S2, no super charger. I'll probably be buried in it. These are extremely rare in wagon form. We are talking single digits for the Signature 2 or 3 wagons. One day, the market will catch on but until then, buy em if you see em.
@@sander16v11 Yup, around 200 worldwide and probably not changing hands very often. That said, part of the Dinan tune is a tranny tune that dramatically improves the auto. When in sport/manual the transmission will not shift until you tell it to. This surprised me the first time I experienced it watching it bounce off limiter. It will shift if you floor it and depress a clicker on the floorboard, otherwise very easy to keep it in the powerband.
80/90s era Bmws are so timeless. I miss those days.
This is a 2003

Is this wagon still available?
Was it equipped with a Dinan exhaust cause it sounded relatively quiet 🤔
The Dinan exhaust was resonator back and not very loud.
*Procharged? It's beautiful!
centrifugal supercharger** procharger is a brand.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I don’t think I would spend all that time and effort on an automatic, especially with that pretty doggie transmission. Love the 6 speed
All 540 wagons are automatic
@@ig6894 you could get them with a getrag 6 speed
