- During Hydra's attack on the Super Soldier program by undercover members of the State Department, as seen originally in "Captain America: The First Avenger," Peggy's slightly altered proximity changes the whole game. Steve is shot before he can receive the life-altering injections and, mercilessly perforated by luger rounds, lies bleeding on the floor. Carter drops the saboteur and tells Steve to stay put. He obliges. He can wince and slowly bleed out all day.Short on time and bereft of other options, Carter climbs into the transformation chamber and gets pumped full of serum. You're wrong. Multiverse is a diverse thing, and the fact they had only 5-6 heroes on earth-838 instead of tens on earth-616 shows that the universe where Peggy died is weaker overall. There are undoubtedly more Peggys out there, stronger than 838
To avoid spoilers the best that I can, I think how long she lasted in that fight compared to the others shows how strong she is.

@@learniteasy8146 Steven above all else is a good man at heart, who despite his weak stature stood up against bullies no matter how strong they were, serum or not he will fight for what's right. He's not just some blind patriot, nor nationalist who "wanted to serve his country alongside his fellow soldiers". He might be called Captain America, but he represents the best in all of us around the world, not just America.
Peggy is no different, even after taking the serum she expressed regret for Steve, since he could no longer become a super soldier like her. Plus in the main 616 universe she basically created Shield to protect the world, until Hydra took over from under their noses due to dumbass military heads like "Chester Phillips" taking in Arnim Zola.
They're both good people who learned from one another in different ways, she's more than worthy for Mjolnir.

See the thing is, Steve Rogers caught a flying shield at him......Peggy got split in half
That was very quick, and she didn't get time to react
The difference is that Steve and Bucky has the same amount of strength and Steve had enough time to react after Bucky threw it at him.
Wanda has strength and power beyond any super soldier, giving Captain Carter a hard time trying to take her down, with Wanda's throw which also enhanced the speed of the throw because of her Chaos Magic, Captain Carter just got up and went to turn around to Wanda without having the time to react.
So pretty sure Steve and Bucky would've also been cut in half by the shield if they were fighting MoM Wanda.

what if old Steve rogers got diffrent asgurdain gods powers. hydull. so to old to help but teleport place and see danger try get some els to help her out. old Steve use sword like can for walking. when call by frost really use earth by -frost mad loki use tesserae. loki cain't figure out how work with out it. so way Steve still has powers from tesserae powered suit. he battery for loki by-frost even though dosent have tesserac any more. Steve also grow groots. capton Carter get sword with groot handle. when grows couple them with Steve help. carve chest men name that served Steve army unit.
