Ughhh I have felt the same thing about Van Cleef. I think I need to move on to other designs. I did prepay in the past for my ten motif blue agate necklace and my guilloché bracelet but both of those came in 4-6 weeks. I recently called my location for three different pieces and she told me I’d have to prepay and it would take 1-2 years! There is no way I’m tying up $7,000 - $10,000 for that amount of time. It seems to be a game at this point and I’m not interested in playing it. 😒

Absolutely! Good for you, and yes, it's up to 2 years now (I was quoted the same thing). I honestly can't believe they expect their desperate (literally at this point) clients play this crazy unfair game. Not for me!

It’s good that tho spoke up. I hate when people who work in luxury stores treat the buyers that way. Its like you work for the store to service the potential buyer, you are not Dior. They act snobby as if it was their money. When in actuality they need the all customers to make their sales quotas! Who are they to feel so above the customer.
