I didn't have much of a childhood until my children came along ..heck I'm still having it! I'm mature in age to and live amongst many retired folk our kids are grown our grands busy with parents. We dress our dogs up have our own little block party or driveway parties it's a hoot 🦉 🎃

The nightmare before Christmas is the perfect movie for both Halloween and Christmas! One of my favourites and I think the best time to watch it is between oct-end of December!

Yes noticed the spooky witch hat & cauldron earrings right off.Woohoo. Lots of us decorate with Halloween style year round. I do, as long as it doesn't say Halloween and has a spooky wichy vibe. Life is short Biy All the DW Candles, becuz of you, we only buy DW becuz they Are great & follow them on FB.

I need to go to HomeGoods now.. also last year I got two of those crescent moon wreaths. I put them on my double doors, and they made the glass on my doors look like eyes. I think it would be cute if i did a big wooden cut out of a pumpkin mouth to do at the bottom to make my doors look like a pumpkin
100% thought it was Zachary Binx until one day I heard them say it was the Th sound. I guess I never paid attention when I was little.

I decorate fall/ Labor Day/Pumpkin Spice the month of September, Halloween/Pumpkin Spice in October, thanksgiving/pumpkin spice/ Veteran’s Day in November, and Christmas the day after Thanksgiving until December 30th, new year Dec 31st and the first few days of January, winter, all of January, Vday February, St Patrick’s in March, Easter/spring in April, Spring/Memorial Day in May, summer in June, July, and August. I do a few days for the 4th of July!!
FYI Black cat represents Witches cat, so definitely part of Halloween. ;)

I love going after the holiday when everything is on sale. I am on a hunt for a round Halloween tablecloth I can only find the oblong tablecloth so far.
Get a remote control car and add a broom on top of that and let the kids run it around works better than a vacuum.
I miss you decorating I remember at the old house. You would always decorate your little entry way with the mirror and the big dresser. That was right in the living room. Are you going to decorate again I know you have some halloween in fall decorations
I found the "viral" ghost rug/runner at my homegoods a few weeks ago and snatched it up, they had a different ghost one and one with spiders but I couldn't spend another $30 for another rug lol
The joy you radiate is so comforting, after a long day of work popped on your videos in my PJs and a hot chocolate and it's the perfect ending to a stressful day ❤ ty for your content it brings so much happiness to my day!
I'm definitely more of a fall than Halloween person. I like the cutesy Halloween stuff not the scary stuff, unfortunately everyone else in my household LOVES Halloween scary stuff. So I compromise with a few scarier decor mixed in with the cutesy/fall stuff lol

I often question how I can be that excited shopping for spooky Halloween and fall treasures when it’s 100 damn degrees outside…..BUT with my home AC crankin, it feels like an early September day in my home state of WI, so it’s the best of both worlds and I don’t let it ruin my excitement for the season! This year I’ve been really surprised and disappointed that HomeGoods and TJ Maxx have a plethora of Halloween, and a far less amount of fall decor. For those of us who don’t celebrate Halloween, that’s a real bummer I don’t remember it being that way last year.

My life goes in seasons. First in August school starts. September on the last Friday THE GREAT STATE FAIR OF TEXAS RUNS FOR 3 weeks. End of October is HALLOWEEN . END OF NOVEMBER IS THANKSGIVING. Me and my husband are going to see Wicked for the 1st time here in San Antonio TX in December ... Tickets were very expensive though ... $400 total for balcony seats way up! It was basically sold out already when we bought the tickets in February ... I'm chronically ill so it's been on my bucket list ...
I think you could decorate with pictures. All the pictures of your kids/family dressed up for trick or treating. Could be super cute! Especially if you buy some plain wood picture frames & let the kids decorate them. I always had my niece & nephew decorate the foam pumpkins when they were little. I still have them…write the year on the bottom. One day I’ll give them back when they have kids.
You can never have enough candles. I just put all, well most of my candles together & I have a big bin full of them. My husband said enough but…my fav local candle maker just put out her fall/Halloween scents so I HAVE to get them!! Lol

I don't decorate for Halloween, because we do "Trunk or Treat" at my church, where each of us kind of decorate a table. Love watching all the little kids who drop by! I do decorate for fall and Thanksgiving, but even though I host a huge Thanksgiving, I'm going to take decor down early and do Christmas right after Halloween, because in KY, all the leaves are gone by then anyway. Plus my grandchildren are small, and they love Christmas decor. Oh, and if it's any comfort, it's so hot here in KY right now we're about to melt.
