The sound quality of your recording is AMAZING, I wish I can do half of your quality even I am just using Sony ECM999... May I ask, which microphone will be more suitable to make recording similar to your quality? Neumann USM69i? Or AKG C426B? P.S: do you have any recording of 伊豆急行100系(未更新)?

I was so glad that you've disclosed the gear you've used for your great recordings Here I have more questions and hope you won't mind to tell us more: 1) Are all the recordings made in mono or in stereo(say 2x of your microphones)? 2) A person told me that my recordings are rather "flat", how should I set up the microphone? like Omni-directional? 3) How would you choose the suitable location to place your microphone? Near the door or close to the motor/bogie? That's a lot but I wish to make some better recording to share in return.
