Yeah, and I honestly really like Twinstars. The 3 hit attack can hurt Twinstars a bit with Blacks but with her having almost no "endlag" to her attacks she'll just keep pressing the assault, meanwhile Aliens she isn't entirely the greatest with the backliners but I know she's good for facing down Calimari since she gained Weaken Immune in TF. (Also one other major thought, Twinstars has not yet received Talents, so she could be made even better...or just remain similar in which she's still handy)
Amakusa should fare much better than Twinstars in pretty much all categories because he has much better standing range, much better HP, much lower speed, and a much better defensive ability. Each part of his multihit also has much better damage so he fares better against general enemies with low endurance.

Same would probably go for if Divine Kuu had gotten that type of attack speed reduction, might not be insane but at least a little more consistent. Rather then just whiffing an attack and being forced to wait for like 12-15 seconds for another attempt.

At first look I don't see those improvements really good but now even without Shield Piercing Amakusa is really good now, when this update come I will evolve him cuz i just need one more Aku Catfruit and also I unlocked UL so I will be happy when I get it, hope Lucifer or Hevijak are the next two cuz i have them too and I think they need a few improvements too.
I liked Amakusa since the beginning because of his niche and seeing it getting a worth but not extreme upgrade in tf makes me happy. Also I don’t think that multi-hit is really a problem against akus, I think in fact that it gives him better compatibility against akus with low or medium shield hp. If he destroys the shield on the first or second attack then he can dmg the enemy without needing shield break. For example on aku bear alone he will break the shield and after 2 attacks he can directly deal 49980. But in a normal scenario he will directly deal damage to the aku bear on the 3rd hit of the 2nd attack (since after 5 times that the multi hit hits the bear, it will have just 100 shield hp remaining). So yeah I liked Amakusa before, and now with these improved stats its become an even better anti-aku Uber.
I love amakusa. He was my first Uber, so he's pretty special to me. I'm glad he got a tf that fixed him. But man, pre tf is so shit. His health is absolutely horrendous, he can barely survive a savage blow from aku gory
i havent cleared SoL nor am i close (just got mina) but managed to true form lilin by beating floor 10 of infernal tower and i have another one from floor 20. Its not that hard but the main challenge is getting to floor 40 heavenly tower and the rng because u dont always get an epic seed.
Aku gonna get power crept by anti-Aku TFs, not these random seasonal ones lol. Also for that combo, the units used are not common in combos so it loses points (in my eyes) for lack of stacking
Diabolosa is made to be more balance cuz he have 3 typing (angel, aku, zombie) In my opinion, Amakusa is better against aku. multi-hit is great to deal with shield, Busted Dps, and surge immune. Only disadvantage he have is range.

It's just a unit score. He's good enough to deserve it. Not many Uber with massive damage have this much base dps. (For example, You need to boost Catman to level50 to reach 7k dps, while Amakusa, with just level 30 have the same amount of dps.

hevijak’s main issue is that even with the resistant ability aku enemies can still just plow through him because they’re on steroids

He’s already a beast since he’s at level 45 for me, just wipes akus out like crazy, but with this true form he’ll be even better
34k - 45k at lv.50 is actually crazy. Sure he has multihit but against tankier enemies this is WAY more than enough.
