Awesome videos Scott. If you want to stop loosing all those fish get rid of the trokar hooks. They cut a hole that the hook can fall out of. Go with a round pointed hook like a gamakatsu and that will stop. I did and made a huge difference.

On the first day noticed all the black blobs floating every where . Up here in Wisconsin that means the lake is turning over and it's not great for fishing . It's not to say you can't catch them it just makes it tougher !

I mean, it's best not to need one, but if an occasion like this ever happens, it's best that one was there for any of you traveling. Not just you, Scott Canterbury, or Matt, but anyone that may need that behind the scenes like McCoy, Jake, etc. Think about it and weigh if they option would be good to have on your team. What knots do you guys use for your leaders on your spinning rods? I have been using a Uni to Uni knot and I keep breaking it. I know most use an FG for small mouth wasnt sure if you guys used something different for largemouth.

Did you notice that you caught everything on your spinning rod on Day 1. line color and bait color. I would have relined a couple of rods and looked at similar color baits.
Just think of how many Big Bass hang out in open water and never see a lure. The Smallmouth on Norris Lake hang out in open water chasing shad. Especially after the Spawn. I caught 104 Smallmouth in 2 days on a fluke on a belly weight red diaichii hook. Scott have you ever seen those hooks. They work great.
Sorry Tim I hot busy. The hook had a spring you can screw your plastic on. You can move the weight around to get a different reaction when working the bait or when it falls.
