Finn and sherlyn when it’s completed the next is walk thru I hope you know that terminology , to those who doesn’t know when any house is done there’s a walk thru : so it means the lead contractor will walk with you every area of the house ,he will show you the looks ,the style, the lightings, doors function, the electrical set up, windows whether it’s easy to close and open if notice something you are concern write it down as you continue your walk thru, toilet shower if functioning well, stove oven how to operate, they or he should show both of you all the plug ins, electrical is very important, floor whether there’s loose or crooked you notice, or anything you notice or concern write it down , the most important also is the foundation if there’s crack write it down,when done walking all over the over you must tell them your concerns or questions that you had, both of you should be on look out like a magnifying glass so at the end all the issues have been addressed and if there’s something you need to talk to that contractor because once you and them are done you can’t find or address it anymore, as they will tell you ,everything paid and no more of those workers will come back they all gone for another project. I know I miss something about walk thru! Goodluck and have a happy first Christmas. Christmas 🎄 needs to have it ,and have it blessed as well! There are many sunflowers in Baguio City ..it grows like a grass 🙃....I remember when I was in grade 6 we used to get sunflower leaves and rub it on the wood floor ,stars and cement flooring like in our school room ...after rubbing we ket it dry for 15 minutes then we scrub with bunot ( half of dried coconut ) to make it shine It's like a floor wax 😊
Just make sure that the window/glass instillation is perfect, no future leaking of rain water going inside your rooms when their is heavy rain and heavy wind blowing.

Your house Finn is 0:15 nice but you need to have exhaust vents for the heat (sunny during summer)and cooling (using air condition)(then must have ventilation so that air is fresher . And especially during typhoon if not properly ventilated it will cause blowing up the roof that is most affected during major typhoon in the country!
It's already more than 7 months, but your house is still unfinished. You must already live in one of the rooms to closely monitor the construction. Construction workers tend to slow down, especially if they haven't yet booked the next construction customer.
See if you can get an app for you’re phone to manage you’re solar charge controller-inverters and battery levels it’s what I use for mine in USA best of luck get a back up generator
Finn your electric room don't have a door yet? It is very important to have a door because the most valuable item of your electricity is there it can be lost or ruined if the rain water comes in. Just a reminder ohhhh the tiles edges is noticeable there is still cement in the edge of the wall it would be better if they can clean it up for nicer look
Hoi Pre! How do you Finn manage the moisture blocking in the bathrooms? Did you put water sealant under the tiling, or are the tiles really laid directly on top of the filler in the wet areas without anything in between?
