Im reading her Biography and have read and watched many of their interviews and can see the Sick relationship they had developed through her teen years. Celine was crushing on him and sexually pining for him when she was a teenager and Rene was married with children. She wrote when she was 16 she was having sexual fantasies about him. When Rene was having marital problems Celine didn’t want him to save his marriage and family. She said it depressed her to see him with his wife. She was throwing herself on him and he was playing flirting games back with her. When Rene was with his wife she would torture herself wondering if they were having sex, etc. It bothered her he was intimate with his own wife 🙄 Rene with drew her from school with her parents consent in the 7th or 8th grade. He told the principal to put together school work for her and he would personally oversee her academics but Celine said he didn’t and had nothing to do with making sure she schooled. He lied to the principal. He had told the principal her singing career was most important and all the education she needed. She was about 17-18 when Rene stopped everything cold turkey and told her basically she was needing to pretty herself up. Told her she was needing to get her teeth fixed. she needed a new hairdo and to take dancing classes, get into shape, etc. She was on a mission to seduce him. Lots more to the story and I wouldn’t call it love. They were flirting when she was under 18 but he basically wanted her to grow up a little more and make herself more adult like. The time came when he accepted her offer and took her virginity at age 19/20. He wanted it kept secret for years because he knew he was being a Dog and worried about his reputation and her career. If it had been up to him he would have kept their relationship a secret years longer except Celine had enough of lying to everyone about it and let the secret out on her CD liner notes. Lesson here is don’t let your young daughters spend so much alone time with an adult male. Rene did betray Celine’s parents,,mother more so. Celine was Rene’s and her family’s golden goose 💰 Taking her out of school and putting no importance on getting an education and making singing everything in her life where people were going to profit from the child and she was around no peers all adults mostly old men.

The saddest thing is that I knew she would be destroyed by his passing. But I didn't want to think about it. Rene is and always will be her romance. No time apart will ever change that. He left sadly when he was supposed to that doesn't change the fact that she's now without a husband and her kids no longer have a dad. That just sucks, I'm so sad for her to this day. My husband was dying when we got together. He'd already been diagnosed terminal. So, I grieved a little bit every day, every time I looked at the sparkle in his blue eyes knowing that he would die before me. We lived the last years of his life traveling to places we had never been before, having so much fun, taking it all in, remembering so much. So I had 7 years with him on this Earth, I'd like to think I gave him a little extra time because he loved me so much and when he died I didn't cry because I had already grieved so much.

Im reading her Biography and have read and watched many of their interviews and can see the Sick relationship they had developed through her teen years. Celine was crushing on him and sexually pining for him when she was a teenager and Rene was married with children. She wrote when she was 16 she was having sexual fantasies about him. When Rene was having marital problems Celine didn’t want him to save his marriage and family. She said it depressed her to see him with his wife. She was throwing herself on him and he was playing flirting games back with her.
When Rene was with his wife she would torture herself wondering if they were having sex, etc. It bothered her he was intimate with his own wife 🙄
Rene with drew her from school with her parents consent in the 7th or 8th grade. He told the principal to put together school work for her and he would personally oversee her academics
but Celine said he didn’t and had nothing to do with making sure she schooled. He lied to the principal. He had told the principal her singing career was most important and all the education she needed.
She was about 17-18 when Rene stopped everything cold turkey and told her basically she was needing to pretty herself up. Told her she was needing to get her teeth fixed. she needed a new hairdo and to take dancing classes, get into shape, etc.
She was on a mission to seduce him.
Lots more to the story and I wouldn’t call it love. They were flirting when she was under 18 but he basically wanted her to grow up a little more and make herself more adult like.
The time came when he accepted her offer and took her virginity at age 19/20.
He wanted it kept secret for years because he knew he was being a Dog and worried about his reputation and her career.
If it had been up to him he would have kept their relationship a secret years longer except Celine had enough of lying to everyone about it and let the secret out on her CD liner notes.
Lesson here is don’t let your young daughters spend so much alone time with an adult male.

The saddest thing is that I knew she would be destroyed by his passing. But I didn't want to think about it. Rene is and always will be her romance. No time apart will ever change that. He left sadly when he was supposed to that doesn't change the fact that she's now without a husband and her kids no longer have a dad. That just sucks, I'm so sad for her to this day. My husband was dying when we got together. He'd already been diagnosed terminal. So, I grieved a little bit every day, every time I looked at the sparkle in his blue eyes knowing that he would die before me. We lived the last years of his life traveling to places we had never been before, having so much fun, taking it all in, remembering so much. So I had 7 years with him on this Earth, I'd like to think I gave him a little extra time because he loved me so much and when he died I didn't cry because I had already grieved so much.
