Hey Kurt, I found the same escutchen plate here in NH and believe it has significance. One was unearthed in colonialWilliamsburg and an artisan made a mold of it and sold them as pins in the 60s. You can google the pin. Possibly 1600s as mine was found at a virgin site that was abandoned by 1750. FYI
With so many different residents over a large span of time, you can tell something about the way they lived. I think the people that lived there in the 1920s, and 30s spent a lot of time outside, and entertained on the front lawn. They were probably fun people to hang out with. They probably had some really cool barbecues.
Watching your videos made me go and look through some old coins my late grandfather gave me including a 1943 Merc and 1913 Barber dime and a 1921 Morgan dollar. Thanks for making me interested in U.S. history once again.
well what can I say , Brad eating with his hand digger and his clad dime was classic lol . the civil war bullet with the Memorial was neat , two SLQs , and that’s the most ornate key hole plate I’ve ever seen . oh and the story of the grave being shot by civil war soldiers was freaking cool ! Happy New Year THB 💥👍🤠🏴☠️🎊🗺❄️🦅🇺🇸
Kurt you got some good relics there ,the dandy is sweeet looking sunflower pattern! SLQ 's outstanding ! I'm jealous of the real estate, there's barely any rocks in the soil ? Thank you always fun !
Spoonful digger.. Stealth hunters throw spoons, you guys eat with diggers !! I love it !! Great job on these videos, Kurt !! Hey, I popped a 1909 Barber Half Dollar from the neighbors yard !! Coin is pretty near mint. "O" New Orleans too. Watching your videos I knew how to treat the coin without messing it up and then how to KISS THE SILVER !! Thanks !!
Kurt got stood up twice? Didn't you say that way back in Junior high school? LoL Finally vindicated. Nice finds Kurt. Good to see Brad and Rob along with Mark.
Double SLQ day really.. Wow...kurt! Love the vids.. And it is a episode.. Just want to say thanks for all you do for our great hobby.. And for getting me into it almost 3 years ago.. You Make hump day better..
Great hunt, guys. I only found 2 SLQs in one day, and they were literally side by side. Love seeing those ACW bullets coming out. Hope you can ID some of the pretty stuff by age at least. Thanks and keep them coming!
What a sweet hunt day! Good to see Brad is back to detecting. Great day finding history! And all I did was make gumbo. For an army...🤷♀️ thank you all!
You have to walk the line of fire from the rounds they fired at the headstone. I think if you look 150 yards past it. Then just swing a line for a couple rd balls that they would have over shot to each side of the headstone. That would be so cool to find one of those.
I came on here to watch fishing, and it’s just metal detecting... (Kurt, don’t let the haters get to you, you’ve created a channel full of great content, and videos that entertain LOTS of people, please post whatever you like, it’s always great, p.s. when all this Corona Crap is over, come detect in England again!)😉
OH wow.. You said that the standing liberty is your favorite.. And you hardly dig them ,but that is your 3rd of the year? Man I have been detecting for around 4 years and have never found a one.... So I see that you are blessed to have found 3... I do like watching your videos.
Awesome vid boys!! I really like that repurposed Dandy button that Muck found.. That is o e of the coolest finds I have seen in a while.. I couldn't imagine how hard it was back then.....oh yeah..its 2020.. nevermind 😬
0:49 The official Bradley County coroner's report revealed the cause of death to be "extreme Lesche poisoning". The family asks that you send AA and 9V batteries in lieu of flowers. Services will be held at a random farm field, somewhere in the northeastern U.S. on Dec. 7th, a date which will, indeed, live in infamy. ;-)
I’m glad this video has closed captions. Yesterday I spilled water on my phone and one of the speakers doesn’t work so it sounds really weird. It started working again last night but now it stopped so.🤷🏼
Man I love your vids! Your editing is on point. I can't stand most the other RUclips channels in this line of work? Where I spend 45 mins watching guys dig square nails around a old burned down house.. I wish I lived in a more historical location! I have a lot of native stuff to be found in my area.. it may be old but I can't find it with a detector! But I'm waiting to see a video where you guys find a wagon wheel, I've found one, and you will dig a hole 2 feet deep before you realize you're just digging in the middle of it! Anyhow best of luck and keep on doing what you're doing! Cheers
That grave stone used for target practice is crazy! Bullets, buttons, silver, & relics. Nice hunt!!
Thanks! So cool and crazy to see

Could it be a squeeze box reed?
The Dandy button with the holes in it and it’s called a wizer
Kool Findz! That big Dandy might be a whiizzzarrr (wizzer) that they made.
I like how Brad only cleaned off half of his "spoon" 😄
