I see you missed the part where Ethan, Bishop Sheard's brother CALLED the hospital to see if they could locate her. The hospital asked for her DOB. When you get checked into a medical facility, you get checked in by your name, SSN AND DOB. SSN and DOB are also known as personal identifiers. I can understand your comment because I don't know how old you are. But then again, you need this information when you go to school. But this comment got 21 LIKES??? How? Why?

HALLELUJAH FOREVERMORE! The hospital staff would request her birthdate from the caller to seek her admittance information, if indeed it's on file with them, along with any other specifics. Birthdates and when necessary, other data, helps to distinguish persons with similar names. They've been taught not to give out vital information to just anyone who calls, only vague confirmations for the patients privacy and safety to be thoroughly respected. Like with other personal information, give social security administrative numbers, addresses, etc., with caution. Thank GOD for Bishop's quick wisdom and knowledge application, that's HOLY GHOST POWER IN ACTION! Praise GOD for the obviously loving submission this Righteous Couple has for one another! Something isn't adding up:
1. If someone had Mr. Sheard's personal phone number, that means it was personal. Meaning, the person making the call knew Mr. and Mrs. Sheard directly.
2. If Mr. Sheard gave the phone to his brother, and this was an emergency, why was his brother taking the initiative to handle Mr. Sheards wife's alleged issue as if he was Mr. Sheard himself? Why wouldn't the first thing you do, is to immediately notify Mr. Sheard? Why did Mr. Sheard have to "find" his brother?
3. If you're on the phone with the alleged hospital, why didn't you ask which hospital she is at? Why didn't the brother or Mr. Sheard ask this in the first place? Why didn't he confirm who took her, whether via ambulance or escort? If they confirmed which hospital, you could have easily hung up, and contacted hospital yourself, just to make sure you weren't being spoofed.
Scammers buy hundreds of phone numbers on the "Dark web." Google scams or look up scams on RUclips. What happened to the Bishop is just one of dozens of scams.
HELP US, HEAVENLY FATHER? I had thought the Bishop's brother, Ethan, was calling hospitals to find The First Lady and get more information, after the initial call had expressed the collapse, before speaking to Bishop. This would explain the delayed return of Ethan to the conference area. It's not like they were in a little place. Let's show some compassion versus criticism. Hindsight is 20/20. Praise GOD for HIS WISDOM through people, especially leadership, during a crisis situation!!
