I love this doll so much. She is beautiful. She was a must have for me. I'm also glad they changed the box design again. I can't see my Dracula doll because I'm a in box collector, and I'm scared to open the flaps all the way because I dont want to ugly up that beautiful matt finish lol.
To clear up the packaging question about Pennywise and the Grady Twins, they have the flaps that open so this packaging on this new release is new. I also had Greta and she didn’t have that style of packaging either. I wish they did. Displaying in box would be so much easier tbh.

“Too monochromatic”? Jeez, too many MH collectors really don’t appreciate the classics. CFTBL was the first of the OGs I ever saw, it’s why Lagoona is one of my favs (and really any of the aquatic kids). You and your grandma have excellent taste. (Though I can’t help but notice they didn’t mention the film’s setting in the description. I blame G3.)
I think the Lagoon is a salt water lagoon. Creature from the Black Lagoon found its primary filming location in the natural beauty of Wakulla Springs, Florida, USA.
Is there a character from a monster movie that Mattel haven’t made yet that you hope one day will be made as a skullector doll? How interesting that they haven’t done Regan from the Exorcist yet. Jennifer’s body would also be great! ❤
The Wolfman (Clawdeen), The Phantom of the Opera (Operetta), The Mummy (Cleo--- or, to be more accurate height-wise: Nefera) Also, I have some dolls made of clear plastic/acrylic/resin, what a challenge it would be for them to do the Invisible Man (InvisiBilly? Spectra? River Styxx? Ari Hauntington?) Hope to see ALL the Universal Monsters eventually.
I wonder which skullector was available for the longest before selling out, anyone know? I read that Mattel changed some of it's captchas to make it harder for bots to buy, not sure if there's any truth to that though??

The bride of Frankenstein was available for over an hour and i think annabelle was as well. Chucky and Tiffany didn't sell out immediately either
