Man to see someone whos been hunting forever and to see the emotion and excitement you still have for it is awesome. Great hunt man and im definitely a subscriber.
Heck of a film! How bout that adrenaline rush!! It was just like when u fell out of the tree but different. Thx 4 the tours u give us and the love u have for my dad. See u this summer and we’ll go climb a tree. Gordy
This was cool af to watch, also Zack Boughton is a great cinematographer. This editing, color corrections pallet, and the in-focus shots were impeccable to watch
Sam your as authentic as they come. Love your passion, energy, & excitement for what you get to do. Couldn’t imagine a more grand backdrop to an epic hunt. Congrats!!!
Sam, great job man, it's been neat watching you and Zach grow up in the archery world, you did well young man, and Zach, hats off to you, I know what kind of work you both did on this hunt!
I loved your video you didn't talk those watching to death. Some guys make video's and never shut there mouths the entire video. You Did not do that only spoke when it was important. Thank you for a wonderful video.
Predators Never Quit!!! Way to go Sam and team on what for most is a once in a lifetime hunt. Definitely a unique type hunt while Riding the Line or border of Yellowstone and public. Sam has taken enough animals this past season to fill the freezer of a village or big family, plus is an all around great guy and representative for hunting, hard work, conservation and a brand like Stone Glacier. Thanks for sharing.
So awesome to watch this video! I've heard Sam tell the story a few times now and to finally watch it unfold, it lives up to the hype! Sam's the real deal and makes it happen! Good Job Sam PNQ!
Awesome film guys, always appreciate the hard work and showing off the hunts throughout the films. Especially sweet film with it being on my birthday👊🏽
I just now stumbled upon your channel. And I have to say, this is among the best videos i have seen on RUclips. The scenery, the excitement, the struggle and the joy. Just love it! Keep up the good work, and a huge congrats on a fantastic bull!💪
What an amazing animal, then to see a monster stroll right by while @ full draw ! I was expecting you to send it to him. But I assume a limited tag deal ? That's when you want 2 tags huh ? lol
Not at all trying to be a jerk but an honest question with this...what happens if you stick him and he dies 5yds over the line? I have always been afraid of that scenario. I have passed many times archery hunting close to property lines for fear of that. With a rifle I have taken more shots and just made shots that drop an animal in its tracks.
Just depends on the land agency. In this area as long as you can prove the animal was shot on the correct side of the line they will let you go retrieve your bison. That's how it's been communicated to us for this particular location.
i was surprised to hear you were using a mechanical on an animal this size. At the beginning of the video, i saw you had fixed blades in the quiver. I hope you can see the inconsistentcies with the mechanical: the first shot was a pass through, and the second shot went in 4 inches. Im sure you werent trying to his a bone but that could have happened on the first shot and it will and does happen to bowhunters all the time. after shooting through and elk humerous with a 650 grain arrow at 46 yards and not getting a pass through on a deer with a 550 grain arrow and 2 blade single bevel that never hit bone ( just shoulder muscle and neck muscle) quartering away. Heavy is the only consistant way of getting penetration.
These fellas are living in the dream world of millions of men - great film

Outstanding…👊🏻🏹
Love this video! Great persistence! Were those SEVR Broadheads?
Grim reaper pro series 100
👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 awesome bull!!!
Awesome job!! Which grim reaper did you use?
That was epic.

Great work. What broadheads were those?
They look like grim reapers
Grim Reapers
What a dream!
Flappers and twizzlers still work!!!
80lbs helps! That's insane btw!!
Great job! What's the thought process on using a mechanical broadhead?
I’ve shot them since 2009, I have total confidence in the accuracy and power of my setup. 80lb 540 grain at 304fps
They should have climbed the Grand when they were done.
Hi halo
Which bow used and arrow and brodhead and specification
Can you imagine 200 years ago the Indians trying to kill one with spears and primitive bows, it took two shots from an 80 pound compound?
What song is it at 11:23?
What happens if you shoot the animal on the legal boundary, but it runs off onto a boundary you can't hunt? Can you still claim the harvest?
Sounds like as long as you can show it was shot inside the legal boundary, then the NPS will let you go retrieve it.
If I learned anything it's that horses are high maintenance expensive and pretty much useless, thank you for the heads up
Please tell me that that was yogurt, not straight cottage cheese at 11:35...
Yes yogurt. That would be savage if he was just downing cottage cheese that early in the morning haha
@@stoneglacier9636 I agree but you just never know these days - that’s a savage pack out so… ya know… had to ask!
pretty dope
13:08 you know what they say....
Why don’t you just buy a slider? You 10 pins but awesome hunt my guy
If it’s an archery hunt how come they’re letting you hunt with those 2 great big guns? 💪
grizzlies
