    Yoooo fire coach I’ve had your pack since insta gram and I was deadlifting 185 now I’m up to 255 my squat went from 200 to 265 and my bench went up from 165 to 200 this package is elite

    Yo your program on the field day it says weaving sprints 4 reps is that in a row and how long do I rest?

      Rest like 30 seconds and no it’s one rep then rest 30 seconds

    Hey coach, I got your OLB package a while ago and my lifts have gotten better but my 40 remains at a 5.7-5.6. Any tips?

      Are you following the field program? Going to the field every day its programmed? Doing the stuff in yellow with max intent?
