Where you feel safe is the riskiest basket you are putting yourself. As an example, govt job has less than 1% success rate and there is a high chance you fall in the 99% category and lose all your golden years of learning and growing.
This is very true as well. They say to seek discomfort as it pushes you out of your comfort zones and has the highest variance for catapulted success.
