How far is that beach from the port?
Hi Bill! The van ride was about 30 minutes from the port. Our driver did take us by a sign to take pictures but nobody in the group wanted to get out of the van...we were too tired! Hope this helps!
$14 for watered down drinks are first world prices in a third world country. It’s offensive.
That's why Scott did not have but one or two. I had the pineapple drink just for the experience.
I had two long islands just in case the first one was a fluke....it was not.
I would recommend going to the store on the beach (bit of a walk) and buying a bottle of liquor and discreetly pour your own drinks and maybe asking for a mixer from the bar....or bring your own soda to mix from the ship.
How much was the day pass to Paradise Beach?
Hi @tabathayoung909. Thank you watching our video. We bought our day pass from one of the local tour company in Honduras and it was $60/ person. If you go to their website they have so many options (i.e. sloth encounter then Paradise beach or any beach and etc). We just got the basic one which is a day pass to Paradise beach.
Hey Tabatha! We went through Real Roatan Tours and it was $60 per person. There are other beach resorts/clubs and you can choose which one you would like. Hope this helps!
