As a female is it the same? Every time I long to have sex w my ex I feel rejected and my self esteem takes a hit? I left my daughters father when she was 6 months old, the day Notre Dame burnt down. He didn’t value me and I now realize I didn’t verbalize my gratitude or ask for what I wanted and I complained a lot. Vasectomy don't change the testosterone levels I believe, so it is the same for them (too much ejaculation is still bad for them/for the couple).
How do I pitch the idea to my partner to have sex once a week ? To ensure he has enough testosterones for the week.

When men are under 30 they should just focus on themselves, built themselves and experience a lot of women. Don't get into any serious relationship, just live out their masculine nature. After they get older, their testosterone level drops anyway, so that they naturally don't really have fun sleeping around anymore. Then they have a lot of experience, can find a great partner for life and stay loyal.
Well, girls should do the same.
Then find a man to start being serious.
