I love how he breaks a stick during figure it out and just kinda looks at it in amazement for a couple of seconds
😂
The best RB-sound related video I've seen so far. Very unique sound with the StingRay, without buying all the components of Mike's pedalboard. I'm also trying with this kind of things, with a '88 Stingray, an EHX HOG, different kind of fuzz and distortion pedals and separate bass/guitar amps. Awesome results out there!
I personnally liked more this tone. Nice video! You rock!!
haha thank you 😅 you rock more🤘🏼
Amazing!
Thank you! Share it :)
I am a guitarist just starting to also pick up the bass for the sake of writing and recording all of the parts to my own stuff. However, Royal Blood riffs are the kinds of stuff that I am the most excited about to learn how to cover first. I could see myself taking inspiration from it and doing my own thing with it that would have obvious RB influences. I am really curious if anyone has identified a few bands that have comparable RB bass focused compositions that take the place of rhythm guitars but still have an electric guitarist doing something fitting as well.
very good
Amazing man , any tabs by chance? :D
Thank you! I don't have tabs :/
I am sure they exist somewhere online :)
I have just got a pitch fork for the royal blood sound but can't seem to dial it in properly, any tips?
Blend 100%, 1 octave up.
what tuning for loose change??
C# standard
lol "Where are you now " is a pretty blatant rip off of Children of the Grave by Sabbath.
