This was a very enlightening episode. Got to learn so many things. The way he articulated and explained things about an entrepreneur and entrepreneurship made so much sense. This episode should definitely be translated into english to reach the larger audience. It is a pleasure to work with such people.

We were privileged to have worked with them in establishing an environmental management system. My experience with various touch points in Persistent, has been very good. As he said' walking the talk' for a leader, is extremely important. I saw it while doing the ISO14001 management system project with them.
